Benefiber On the Go Prebiotic Fiber Supplement Powder is a gluten free and sugar free supplement that helps you maintain good digestive health. Made with wheat dextrin, this dietary fiber powder nourishes the growth of good bacteria that exist in your gut (1). This Benefiber powdered fiber supplement dissolves clear and completely, allowing you to enjoy all the benefits of soluble fiber supplements without altering the taste and consistency of your favorite foods and beverages (2). Benefiber On The Go stick packs are daily fiber powder supplements that come in conveniently pre-measured, single-serving unflavored fiber packets of powder, making it easy to add fiber to your diet wherever you go. For ages 12 and older, mix the contents of a prebiotic powder stick pack into a non-carbonated beverage or soft food and stir well until fully dissolved, up to three times daily. For ages 6 to 11, use one half stick pack up to three times daily.

it has no taste and for the amount of product you get it's really cheap. The texture is grainy if you don't mix it in all the way, but it dissolves really fast. It really works the ingredients in. It seemed to really help.

Benefiber is a huge part of my daily routine.

I take Benefiber (and have for years) which helps keep me regular and feeling great! I throw it into a bottle of water and head out the door. It mixes well and has no flavor.

Potential unsafe product

Tiny small print states sugar free which was not seen unto after product arrive. Not all people are able to use artificial sweeteners which this product contains, and can cause serious side effects. Seems strange to put artificial sweeteners in a product for stomachs that actually can cause stomach issues.

Sticks need better production

Love this product. It has really helped my GI health. However the on-the-go sticks are almost impossible to open. I usually need scissors, which takes away the “on the go” aspect. Better production would make these 5 stars.

I ordered and paid for 3 boxes of 48 ct. Benefiber, but received 2 boxes. The third box was a 28 ct. package. When I have attempted to resolve this the only option given was to return the product.

Recommended by my Dr, years ago, and I don't go a day without adding it to my Coffee! Texture and taste are awesome, and recently I discovered their on the go packs - perfect for travel!! Problem with Opening the Sticks

I've been using your Benefiber sticks for some time now. They used to open pretty easily, but then you changed them and it became more difficult. I noticed w/ the newest box that the cut at the top was more noticeable, and thought it would be better. The only problem is that the cut is too high and doesn't open the stick enough to get anything out. I'm still using scissors. How is this convenient?

Works wonders for my son

My 7 year old is autistic and has been dealing with constipation since he was a baby. Dr’s recommended miralax to us which only gave him diarrhea. I found a forum where parents like me were saying benefiber works so much better for their children. The first packet I put into my son’s drink worked. It helps him actually go, and solidly. Not loose anymore. Don’t want to be to graphic but want to write this in case any other parent in my position is looking for testimonies. Try it! If your child is already used to getting miralax in their drink this is white just like it is. He was used to it so he doesn’t mind it at all and even pours the packet into his drinks himself. Game changer and I am so thankful this exists!

I used to take original benefiber And it worked well. I needed to firm my Bowels and it worked wonderful then they put prebiotics Into the mix and it just gives me horrible gas all the time and I cannot take it. I wish they would leave out the prebiotic I'm some of the products.

Bloating and atomach cramps

The benefiber on the go packets made me feel bloated, and caused my stomach to hurt. I suffer from IBS, and I personally wouldn’t recommend this product for any IBS sufferer. It made my symptoms worse, and the side effects last 4 days after I discontinued taking the product for only 2 days.

Not that great of an expiration date!

I honestly purchased over a yeas worth of these Benefiber from another LARGE online site over a year ago. The expiration dates on them were 02/2026. Here it is more than a year later and I decide to buy them again from Target this time. I got my 4 boxes and they have an expiration date of 12/2025. Don't you think that's just a little ridiculous to have such poorly dated products??? I am so glad I didn't buy several more, as I had originally planned to do!
