I purchased ‘Very Black Waterproof’ bc of the slim wand and waterproof aspect. I have Asian lashes, a super oily face, and i work as a barista. I LOVE the wand on this. It actually helps coat each lash, making them look more naturally enhanced without being clumpy! 4/5 stars though because even though it’s waterproof, it definitely smudges under my eyes even when i avoid squinting them from smiling or laughing (possibly due to the oiliness of my face, but the Covergirl waterproof and Maybelline waterproof + smudgeproof ones don’t visibly smudge on me). Wish this had a smudgeproof version too and more colors!

This is always the mascara I go back to. Pros: Easy to get (Walmart). Mini brush gets mascara on each lash (mine are thin) Little to no clumping (until it starts drying out) Cons: I do have to purchase a new one about every other month. Luckily it is not expensive. It seems to dry out quickly and I am not a “pumper”. It only comes in color Very Black. I really want a Brown or Black Brown option for every day. I am light haired so black looks harsh for daywear.

Easy to use
I had been using Lash Discovery for years when I was tempted to try "thicker" types. After a year of clumping and smearing and flaking, I am back to using this old favorite. The mini wand is so much easier to use and defines the tiniest lashes. I want others to see me, not my makeup. This product is the best!

A little wierd
I bought this waterproof mascara to use on my lower eyelashes. The brush is very tiny, but what makes it weird is it has a very long wand, making application a little awkward. Light coverage but buildable. It's a very specific type mascara. I could see in some situations, people really liking it, but I think it's not for general use.

This is literally the only mascara I’ve found that isn’t cakey or clumpy, is buildable, doesn’t run by the end of the day , and the brush is able to catch the tiniest of eyelashes, making my eyes really pop. I like that it isn’t waterproof, too. I haven’t been able to find the washable one in stores near me for the last year+ so I guess I’ll have to buy online ugh.

Amazing on fine lashes
This is my go to everyday mascara, for at least the last 10 years. It is so underrated it’s not even funny. This is perfect for people with fine lashes because you can really grab onto both top and lower lashes. It is very buildable and can get lashes nice and long without looking cakey and thick.
