The shampoo for pretty much anyone. The thing I love about this formula is it gets your hair super clean but also leaves it feeling moisturized and looking shiny. It's hard to find a shampoo, particularly a sulfate-free shampoo, that can do both so well.

How to:
1. Depending on the thickness of your hair, squeeze a dime to quarter-sized amount of shampoo into your palm.
2. Apply to wet hair, massaging into the scalp to create a rich lather.
3. Rinse clean and repeat if necessary.
Tip: If my hair is extra oily or has a lot of product in it, I like to shampoo twice.

Stay away from this product. I've been using it for a few months now and couldnt figure out why my hair has been extremely sparse and thin until i traced it back to this. I have gaps in my hair because of this shampoo. terrible!!!!!

Fresh and a little bit green. It lathered well without needing to use much too. It lasted me a good long while and I would repurchase.

I unfortunately used this product for about a year and this ruined my hair. The shampoo and conditioner will weaken your hair, thin it out and cause extreme fallout. My hair would come out in chunks when I showered after using this for so long. I have long, thick hair so fallout has always been normal, but then my hair was falling out every wash, every brush. Do Not Buy this!

I had high hopes for this product after seeing its “clean” branding, but unfortunately, it did not work for me. After just one use, my scalp became incredibly itchy — the irritation extended down to my neck and even my chin. It may have triggered a mild allergic reaction. There were no signs of hair fall, which I appreciate, but the discomfort was too much to ignore. I don’t typically have a sensitive scalp, so this reaction was unexpected and disappointing. If you have even mildly sensitive skin, I would be cautious with this product. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend it.

I love this Kristin Ess shampoo! Kristin Ess never misses the mark. My husband even uses it every once in a while, and the smell is so clean. I always feel refreshed when I shower with this, it’s a daily use for me! And the size of the bottle lasts a very long time, packaging is cute sleek clean looking.

I have gone though so many bottles of this stuff I had to get the big size. Instead of making my hair feel not clean, and really dry and brittle like other company’s this product has made my hair feel clean but not to the point my hair is the desert afterwords. I would recommend this to anyone who wants an affordable product that gets the job done.

I used this along with the conditioner for a couple weeks, hoping to find a compromise for my very effective, yet very expensive, preferred brand. I can’t even finish the bottle. While I didn’t experience hair loss, it did leave my hair feeling sticky and weighted down, no matter how much I rinsed. It was even hard to pass a styling tool through it. Despite the heaviness, my hair also felt dry. Maybe this works for some, but I’m surprised this product remains on the market. I do think this brand makes nice hair accessories.

I am currently on my 4th bottle of this shampoo. Before this, I was using the Ouai Clarifying shampoo. While that one is okay, this performs so much better and it’s way more cost-effective. I have not switched since I started using this. I use it once a week and it leaves my scalp feeling squeaky clean. The smell is gorgeous! However, it is very strong and it lingers on your hair for a long time. So, I would not blind buy this. It’s best to smell it in person!
