I’ve been using dark brown eyeliner for a long time, starting with Clinique cake eyeliner as Junior/ Senior in HS. I used that until the product was discontinued! I never like the tug of pencil or gel eyeliners! Even the high end ones! Then I saw the hyper-allergenic Physician Formula and have been very satisfied!! Beautiful liner with great control. I'm not used to using a felt tip eyeliner, but this is as good as stila at a drugstore price. The brown has good pigmentation. This never skipped or tugged on my eyelids. You can get a really nice thin line, or press a little harder for a thicker line line. I can't say anything about the last serum effect on this though, since I only use Brown eyeliner like once a week so I can't speak to that.
