Purpose
Upset stomach reliever and antidiarrhealUses
Uses relieves travelers' diarrhea, diarrhea, upset stomach due to overindulgence in food and drink, including: heartburn, indigestion, nausea, gas, belching, fullnessDirections
Directions shake well before use, only use dose cup provided, adults and children 12 years and over: 30 ml (1 dose) every 1/2 hour or 60 ml (2 doses) every hour as needed for diarrhea / travelers' diarrhea, 30 mL (1 dose) every 1/2 hour as needed for overindulgence (upset stomach, heartburn, indigestion, nausea), do not exceed 8 doses (240 mL) in 24 hours, use until diarrhea stops but not more than 2 days, children under 12 years: ask a doctor, drink plenty of clear fluids to help prevent dehydration caused by diarrheaOther information

I used to always buy this and it was great. But it has changed and tastes awful now. It tastes like they removed the mint and sweetener. When I already have an upset stomach the taste is so bad I can barely get it down. Hope they change it back.

I don't know if target is trying to cut costs, but this tastes so vile now I almost couldn't keep it down. It's not really minty anymore, has a weird (almost oily?) texture, and leaves a strangely bitter aftertaste. It also separates quite easily now, which gives me even less confidence that it still works as intended. So gross! If I could return it, I would, but unfortunately I keep medicine on hand, meaning it's probably past the return period. I've been buying this for years, but I'll be switching to another store's brand from now on.

Awful Taste. Doesn't work. I take it for a sour stomach from time to time and it no longer works. It tastes like chalk and water. My husband takes it for indigestion and it no longer works. My son also takes it for heartburn once or twice a week and it doesn't work for him anymore either. Don't Buy.

No longer works. They changed the formula. It used to taste exactly like Peto Bismul. Now it taste like water with mint in it. It brought no comfort and caused an upset stomach.

DO NOT BUY. I used to buy this consistently and it was almost exactly like brand name Pepto but cheaper. It is now watery, ineffective and tastes absolutely disgusting. It used to taste decent and have a thicker consistency like original Pepto but not anymore. How do I know it doesn't work? I've taken two cap fulls about an hour apart and I'm now writing this from the bathroom lol. Save yourself the hassle and do not try this despite the lower price. Pay the extra few dollars for Pepto, you will be thankful you did!

I have been using this product for years. I found it very similar to Peto Bismal. This last order when I went to use it immediately I noticed the color difference. It was darker but more importantly the taste has changed. I don't think it tastes as good. It should have been left alone.
