What? LOVE this machine!!
Works GREAT!! Comes with some delicious coffee pods, and the frother. I bought the Starbucks sample packs, and they come out delicious! Only comment I'd make is that the water tank *could* be larger, or more visible. Other than that, LOVE IT!! Teriffic machine! I'd HIGHLY recommend it!!

Don't waste your money
Have just had another one fail which is my second machine in 3 years - outrageous when you take into account the price and reputable manufacturer. Be mindful when you get a replacement it takes over the balance of the warranty so although this one has fallen well short of the 2 year warranty it's for the dump. I enjoy Nespressos coffee so will probably have to get a higher quality model and hope it doesn't happen again.

Très déçu de cette machine. Fermeture nécessite d’appliquer de la force. Pas de créma persistante, disparaît au bout de quelques minutes. Café pas assez chaud. Le résultat ressemble à un café filtre (au prix de Nespresso…). Plastique fragile. Très bon service après-vente de Nespresso, garantie de satisfaction la machine est retournée.

Machines life expectancy is not acceptable
We got one of these, and the lid was difficult to close from day one, you needed 2 hands. We didn't know that was normal until we used a friends. Once it's a year old, the constant flashing lights and maintenance it requires is not acceptable. They need to allow you to send these off to a specialist maintenance tradesman. These machines should last at least 3 years imo.

And poof.. no more espresso
Purchased 1/19/25. Already stopped working. Still under warranty but trying to figure out how to get a repair or replacement was a hunt like a needle in a haystack. Multiple international websites for the product which never lead me to USA directions

Over heats- dont purchase!
Machine over heats. Stopped working in less than a year. Called and had to pay 65.00 to ship it out, they said it was fixed and still not fixed. They won’t replace it. So disappointed in their customer service and willingness to work with me.

LOVE Nespresso coffee !! Have a machine at home and one at my shop. They both work really well and I've had them for 3/4 years now. Bought machines for my 3 girls and they love them too. No issues with theirs either. Easy to order more coffee and get it shipped to my home. Only one bad thing.... it is really hard to drink any other coffee now or go through a drive through and pay way too much !!

Disappointing.
So disappointed with this model of machine. This is now the second one I’ve purchased. This one stopped working and it hasn’t even been a year Aside from it being very loud while brewing and the lover being somewhat hard to close..I don’t even really care about that... After like 6 months the machine wanted me to do a clean cycle every morning otherwise it would blink red. Well today I tried everything and it won’t brew just making engine sounds when it’s trying to run the clean cycle but ultimately ends up blinking red. Again this is the second time the other one only lasted for about a year and a half that this exact same problem has happened with this machine. So frustrating because it’s not an inexpensive coffee maker. I love the taste of nespresso frothy coffee but to pay so much then have such poor quality is really disappointing.

Great espresso maker, very loud but you get used to it. My only complaint is that finding the coffee sized pods is hard if you are not ordering them directly from Nespresso. I prefer a double shot of espresso so it’s a non issue for me, but my husband prefers a regular cup of coffee.
