The thing I love about this formula most is that it gets your hair super clean but also leaves it feeling
moisturized and looking shiny. It's hard to find a shampoo, particularly a sulfate-free shampoo, that does both really well.
Lather, rinse, repeat! You know the drill right?!
How to:
1. Depending on the thickness of your hair, dispense a dime to quarter-sized amount
into your palm.
2. Apply to wet hair, massaging into the scalp to create a rich lather.
3. Rinse clean and repeat if necessary.
Tip: If my hair is extra oily or has a lot of product in it, I like to shampoo twice.

It smells amazing and I have long hair so I was skeptical about the small bottles but it lasted me for a long time actually it’s still about halfway full and I have had it for about a year or better now so. No hairloss at all and it’s been used by my daughter and son as well. So I think it’s great love her products

Q: How do you open the bottle? The most poorly designed pump bottle I have EVER dealt with. WASTE of money as I cannot use the bottle and now have to be hassled to return it when I specifically ordered it online so that I didn't have to go to the store.

A: Hello! Sorry for the inconvenience. For the pump, with dry hands, hold the collar of the pump and turn the nozzle piece counterclockwise until the pump pops up. Make sure the collar under the pump is tightly screwed into the bottle. We hope this helps!

Just like the other reviews, this shampoo has caused a lot of fall out and I noticed it right away! My hair usually doesn’t fall out every wash or every brush through but after using this product I have clumps of hair falling out, do not recommend!

I had high hopes for this bc the packaging was so cute and I really liked the smell but personally I feel like it left my hair dull and increased my shedding. I was scared it was causing me to lose my hair so I threw a lot of the bottle away.

Stay away from this product. I've been using it for a few months now and couldnt figure out why my hair has been extremely sparse and thin until i traced it back to this. I have gaps in my hair because of this shampoo. terrible!!!!!

I unfortunately used this product for about a year and this ruined my hair. The shampoo and conditioner will weaken your hair, thin it out and cause extreme fallout. My hair would come out in chunks when I showered after using this for so long. I have long, thick hair so fallout has always been normal, but then my hair was falling out every wash, every brush. Do Not Buy this!

After just one use, my scalp became incredibly itchy — the irritation extended down to my neck and even my chin. It may have triggered a mild allergic reaction. There were no signs of hair fall, which I appreciate, but the discomfort was too much to ignore. I don’t typically have a sensitive scalp, so this reaction was unexpected and disappointing. If you have even mildly sensitive skin, I would be cautious with this product. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend it.

I love this Kristin Ess shampoo! Kristin Ess never misses the mark. My husband even uses it every once in a while, and the smell is so clean. I have gone though so many bottles of this stuff I had to get the big size. Instead of making my hair feel not clean, and really dry and brittle like other company’s this product has made my hair feel clean but not to the point my hair is the desert afterwords. I would recommend this to anyone who wants an affordable product that gets the job done.
