My nephew is 16 and I have been buying these for him and he likes them! I always say it’s simple enough to take these and get the vitamins and nutrients you need! These actually help convert food into fuel with B-vitamins! They taste good and they’re good for him! I think it’s important to get teens interested in taking good care of their body!
