Removes dandruff, grease, and serves clean.

Decided to try a new formula, and it gave me a burning sensation on my scalp. Used regular formula without a problem. Very disappointed.

The smell is normal, the packaging is soft, I think it's recycled. We liked this product. I give it a good rating. The only thing I would like to improve is the packaging and add a dispenser for convenience.

I do wish the bottle had more grip but overall it’s fine and the bottle cap is actually a really nice design and easy to open. Fine but not as good as the original
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, I’ve been using head and shoulders classic clean for years as a first step shampoo, and I love it. It deep cleans my hair and usually my hair stays looking good for 3/4 days. Unfortunately this new clean ingredient version didn’t do it for me. It didn’t feel like it cleaned as well, and my hair started looking greasy at the roots in 1 or 2 days. I do however wish the og head and shoulders would switch to these low plastic bottles, so for the environmental efforts I give it 3 stars.
