A: Only the removable cover, not the foam. Care instructions say wipe the foam to clean.

A: NO! The foam will not dry! Over 7 hours (intermittently) in the dryer on high…Still damp. Have no choice but to throw it out. Wish I hadn’t listened to the response that it could be machined washed.

A: I ordered this item from the web site and received a gel pillow — it has irregular blocks of scented cooling gel of some kind interspersed within the foam. Had to return it.

A: It's not not a "fill" pillow (like down, or shredded foam). But a firm-support, solid-block memory foam with an inner and outer cover

A: I purchased this pillow and confirm it is a FIRM memory foam pillow. The packaging also read firm (NOT "med to firm"). I am loving this pillow...but I do prefer firm pillows.
