The toaster is very nice looking, but doesn’t always toast bread evenly on each side, and crumb tray doesn’t catch all the crumbs, leaving crumbs all over the counter. Controls and capacity are sufficient.

Persistent burning plastic smell

Followed recommended burn in cycle procedure multiple times but burning plastic smell never improved. Made toast and home smell like an industrial fire. Gave up and returned after 2 weeks of wasted toast. I expected much better for price and will not bother with Target toasters again. I'm ready to spend what it takes to buy a quality product amd hopefully not deal with it again for 20+ years.

We really like the appearance and exterior quality, and it functions well with the exception of perhaps not all of the heating elements inside are working. There seems to be a slightly uneven result on the toast. We’re keeping it though. Better than the black plastic one we had.

This toaster is a beautiful addition to my kitchen. The wife slots work great for bagels. Takes a little bit longer than my 25-year-old toaster but it browns more evenly evenly. I love the variable selections and the cancel button.

First toaster that we have had in over 50 yrs that actually toast very evenly, and at this price is awesome. In the past we have paid double and they didn't even come close to this one.
