Dont like product
They work it took 2 of them. But they caused me painful stomach cramps and sickness for hours. I won’t be using these again they’re not gentle.

Works Like a Charm!
This is my first time ever taking a laxative. I was honestly really nervous to take one because I was afraid of having cramps or other side effects. I took one pill about 20 minutes ago, and I can happily say after weeks of being "backed up" and bloated, this pill allowed me to go number two within 15 minutes of taking it and release much-needed gas. So much pressure was taken off my abdomen! I didn't notice any cramps from the laxatives, but I did feel some mild "movements" in my lower stomach. I took the pill as directed, which says not to consume antacids or milk within an hour before taking.
