The earbuds can only be charged by putting them inside the charging case which can be plugged into a power outlet. Alternatively, you can check out our JBL Live Pro 2 TWS, Live Free 2 TWS, and Tour Pro 3 as these models are Qi-compatible for wireless chargers.

    Overall they are good they sound great I like the long battery life but my main issue is they fall out very easily it doesn’t matter how many size tip I try or how I put them in they still fall off if I could exchange them I would definitely do it I can’t do anything with out them falling I got this as a Christmas present but first they gave a pair of Beats Pro and they are pretty good only reason why I exchange them for this pair was because they are dust proof Very disappointing with the fact that they just fall out with a simple jump or any activity

    Awesome durability and long lasting!

    I've had this for 3 years, plus my father owning it a year or two before giving it to me, it's done so well!!! now, after one bud becoming quiet, so has the other, but I'm not frustrated from how well it done, especially for a clumsy person like me, the sound and battery have not lessened at all throughout the whole time I've had it, even if it has, it's very slight and still charges great and super-fast! 10/10, definitely going to buy a new pair.

To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal.     Falling out constantly

    Bought two pairs about half a year ago one for myself one as a gift. Both of us got the same issues with ergonomics of the earbuds, constantly falling out, tried all three silicone mounts depending on the size but that didn't solve anything. Earbuds are too heavy and are not fitting snug in the ear. Impossible to run with them, walk or even listen to music while eating. The only possible use is while working with computer and sitting totally still.

    The sound quality is very good. I haven't had a chance to figure out the controls, but that seems to be fairly straightforward. I did change the earpiece size to better fit my ear, and that seems to be working well.

    Sound OK. But falls off.

    TLDR: They keep falling out! the sound itself is pretty decent; just that they keep falling out. And to make it worse, the buttons are capacitive (not mechanical) so if you try to push it into your ear, you'll either pause music or turn on/off ANC. JBS recommend you change the rubber tips, tried it; didnt work even tried using other tips from old earbuds. no luck. I got this because my previously loved JBL Tune 125 TWS got lost. The fitment of those were so good! too bad it's sold out. Sad :(

    Thanks for your feedback. Our JBL Tune Buds 2 supports multipoint connection and can connect up to two devices simultaneously. First, connect your primary device. Then, tap either the left or right earbud twice, holding the second tap for 5 seconds until you hear the pairing mode. Finally, connect your second device.

    Won’t stay in ears

    Also because this is my second review, the pods will not stay in my ears. Do you know what it’s like for a black pod to drop on a dark floor in an airplane? Almost impossible to find. JBL no need to reply because you can you responses the same to every review.

    Not noise cancelling

    I bought these because my AirPods are static-y after many use and I was in the airport and needed something. I spent twice as much as what they are going for on site. But I needed noise cancelling due to prop plane. They are not noise cancelling unless you have your music cranked up. Terrible. And they don’t fit easily in my ears.
