Target is right on Target
Would have been 5 star however the did not include a loose ground pod which must be purchased separately. Other than that Target did a excellent job on shipping and it arrived at promised date and we'll packed.

Maybe too many features
Replaced my old Keurig with this one due to the sale at Keurig. The “Smart” feature or internet connection is incredibly unstable, I have had to reconnect to the WiFi in the house at least every 3 days. If I have to do it one more time, I’ll simply leave it disconnected. The “smart” isn’t needed to make coffee. The handle on the water container is a great step forward for my older hands, the old maker required a Kung Fu grip to hold on to. I found that making multiple trips to the sink with a water glass had been a much better solution. I’ve been experimenting with the different settings for strength and heat and can’t really tell that anything makes a difference, even using the exact same K-Cups. So I’ve picked a brew cycle and will likely stick with it until the maker craps out or I do.

Really nice upgrade!
I had been wanting to replace my older Keurig for a few months now. I had it for almost 7 years. I finally decided to replace it when my son started that the coffee taste had declined. This brewer was much slimmer, sleeker and even sexier than my old one, lol... It takes up less counter space, looked cleaner, brighter and the coffee taste is awesome. All of the features work wonderfully. This brewer makes the coffee the way it was intended (literally). I like and appreciate that I can make my cups hotter (I tend to get distracted and forget my cup), so when I get back to it, it's not cold. This was a great investment that I'm sure will last. I hope you'll enjoy yours too. ;)

The coffee maker works fine; however the smart feature keeps telling me it’s offline and check my app and there’s nothing on the app that addresses the problem

Keurig Lives up to Supreme
Second Keurig and first K-Supreme Plus and pleased with and tried all features. As a true coffee drinker the only thing I would like is a connection to the cold water so I don’t have to fill it. It really NO complaints.

K-supreme plus brewer is the way to go
After initially purchasing a regular, K-Supreme Smart Brewer, I had to return two of them within the first month. For some reason, the construction of the Smart brewer is just subpar. Keurig Customer Service went out of their way and replaced my K-supreme Smart with the K-supreme plus Smart brewer. The difference in quality is night and day. The construction feels sturdier compared to the regular K-supreme Smart, which is just flimsy. After further research, I found that even though they’re very similar they’re both made in different countries, so could be a quality control issue in their factories. Spend the extra money and get the K-supreme plus Smart.

Iced coffee
I bought this coffee maker mainly to make iced coffee, I don't like when it gives you the options to have 4 to 12 cups when you press the iced button but, when it finish making over ice you only get like 4-6 oz when you press 8oz. When making hot coffee you do get the true oz's you chose,
