This is the worst mascara I’ve ever purchased. It does not define nor separate lashes, and in less than an hour it ends up crumbling in your under eye area. I can’t believe they actually sell this stuff.

I tried the violet color of this mascara and found two things: -The color does not stand out on the eyelashes the way some of the other colors do. -This tube I received was really dry, there was barely any product on the wand.

I LOVE my Waterproof Black. Tried the Carbon Black to switch it up and what a mistake! This smudged within a few hours of wear on both the top of my eyelid and the bottom!! Back to Waterproof Black for me!!

I wanted to like this mascara after reading the reviews, but it is nothing special as far as the results. My negative review is for the removal. After washing my face, this left a terrible residue under my eyes. I could not get the black off without scrubbing hard.

I have been buying this product for years, something has changed in the last year. It is a flip of the coin of getting actual mascara in the tube or having way too much that comes out in clumps. I purchased a new one the other day and I swear the tube is bone dry. After 15 minutes trying to apply the mascara, I gave up and used my old one. Where is the quality control on this product?

I have worn the regular black waterproof mascara for years. I tried the carbon black to get a deeper color and doesn't perform the same way. It's supposed to be waterproof, but I looked like a linebacker by noon with all the mascara smudging and fallout below my eyes. I even tested it with the regular black on one eye and the carbon black on the other to make sure it wasn't something I was doing. Nope; only the carbon black smears.
