The Libman Lightning Spin Mop™ System is a convenient all-in-one mopping system. It was designed with a small microfiber, machine-washable mop head that absorbs and removes more water so your floors dry quickly. The heavy-duty bucket and spinning chamber work to remove water and dirt efficiently from the mop head. The lower handle is precision-molded and impact-resistant. You can unlock and push the handle down once for a damp mop or more times for a drier mop.

Do not buy
Bought about a year ago. It broke after about 4 times using. The spin on the mop will not lock. So I try and use it in lower position, but after today (I am 75) I’m tired of bothering so will throw away.

Cautionary tale
The manufacturer’s instructions state that the head of the mop is machine washable. I put it in the wash and it snapped off the bottoms of 3 of the agitator arms in my washing machine. A $40 mop is now turning an $80 one now that I have to buy a replacement agitator for my machine. I highly recommend Target drops this item from their inventory before other people have the same problem.
