  • A: From what I've read, The seven quart has a 500 watt motor, and the 5.5 It's $325 Watts. 7 q can handle bread dough for sourdough, where the 5.5 q is for lighter things like cake mix.

Received this mixer for my birthday about a month ago. So in love! I’ve never baked anything in all my 50 years until now. I’ve made 3 different kinds of bread and my first homemade blueberry muffins! My family is loving it!
