This shampoo, is very effective with a gorgeous mild scent, the texture is thick and creamy. Packaging is ideal for the product. The Product leaves hair and skin super soft, conditioned and well balanced, it is excellent value for money.

I tried this shampoo for two weeks. It’s okay, but not my favorite. The bottle looks pretty and natural. It’s easy to open and use in the shower. The smell is warm and sweet, like honey 🍯 with a soft floral note. The shampoo is thick and creamy, but hard to rinse out. It doesn’t clean my hair very well. My hair felt heavy and oily after one day. I like that it has honey and oils, and it says it’s sulfate-free. But maybe it’s too heavy for fine hair.

Just as I wrote regarding the conditioner, combining it with the shampoo is a 100% worth the job! I highly recommend to girls who love the smell, ingredients and have thick frizzy hair like me! Just like the conditoner it came together quickly and was wrapped perfectly!

The second ingredient listed is very harsh causing itching, burning, irritation,redness, a lot of dryness. Also I experienced a lot of hair fall out durring shampoo and after while combing through. Another ingredient effects the color of my hair. I was hoping it would work as this one did not have benzoic acid but has other ingredients just as bad. I will never use the Shea Moisture products again. I seen online they have had law suits and that does not surprise me. Run away from this product and all other shea moisture products especially if you have dry curly hair. Read ingredients and look them up.

Shampoo was okay at first until it became super itchy to my scalp after washing , I recommend maybe for 1 time use if your hair is very dry but this shampoo is super strong some of my hair came off .. Maybe i bought the wrong shampoo for my hair type i don’t know but I heard good reviews about this shampoo so I had to give it a shot .. Returned after the second use because I couldn’t stand the itching on my scalp

I got the shampoo to help with dryness and it definitely helps. I use it right after my clarifying shampoo once a week. I love the scent and how it’s still lathers even though it’s a moisturizing shampoo. I plan on getting the conditioner next.

I previously bought the large bottles of this shampoo and conditioner and it lasted me a year and a half and I got into a really good hair routine with it. Unfortunately, when I repurchased I found out that some time in that year and a half, the formula changed and the large bottles are no longer being sold. With the new formula it lathers differently which honestly doesn't bother me too much except for the fact that i'm noticing that after shampooing, my hair continues to feel oily. Seems like I'll have to find another shampoo (and possibly conditioner as to not make a horrible franken-scent) and either alternate between this one or just change from it entirely. It's a shame the formula changed, it used to have a good balance of making my hair feel healthy but not too oily or too dry, but now it's shifted to feeling oily and weighed down.
