I usually love Aquaphor products, but I’m not a fan of this one. There is a lot of separation of product, and I don’t notice it working any better than the basic zinc diaper ointments.

This is a fantastic diaper rash cream! It helped resolve a diaper rash within hours. I was completely shocked, and will only be using this product from now on.

I just recently had my 5th baby and for 8 years, 4 other babies I only ever used Buttpaste and it has worked great, or I wouldn't have been only using it for my 4 other babies. But this baby somebody bought me Aquaphor 3 in 1 baby wash cream. I didn't open it right away, because I always swore by buttpaste. But after the 3rd day of using butt paste and my 5 week old baby's rash didn't clear up. I tried the Aquaphor..which other have said,"It's thinner and smoother than other rash creams." Definitely huge difference from butt paste which makes a mess and is super thick and tacky feeling. Hard to get off your hands and clothes. I was very surprised how this diaper rash cream cleared up the rash overnight. I use water wipes and then when I used this rash cream, because it wipes off easily. I recommend smearing a generous amount in the rash and patting it with diaper gently and closing diaper right away. Let it do it's thing. I was so impressed, relieved and surprised how well it worked I added it to my baby registry.

This doesn't seem to be healing my 6 mo baby's diaper rash at all. It's also very thin, so I feel like I need to use more to get a proper barrier. I recommend Boudreaux's Butt Paste over Aquaphor diaper cream, which is also more expensive per ounce.

Tried it 2 different occasions and my 6 month old cried right after applying it on and her rash was even more inflamed.

Not a fan of the texture. It is very liquidy and i need a lot in order to actually coat the skin. Doesnt last long and is completely off and crumby by the next diaper change. I didnt see much of a relief while using this either. I will stick to desitin or pinxav, never again with this one. The price is way to expensive for the quality as well, in my opinion.

This is my favorite diaper cream out of all the ones I've tried so far. Works really quick on existing diaper rash, and prevents new rashes from developing. It's a great consistency and very soothing.

Effective at treating mild diaper rashes quickly. The paste does a great job with the more severe diaper rashes.

This cream made my babies diaper rash worse. He had bumps all over the areas I had put this.

I had high hopes for aquaphor! I use creams on my baby for diaper rash prevention, and I decided to try this one out over Desitin. This has 1% more of the Zinc Oxide compared to the daily use Desitin but 24% less than the maximum strength Desitin. The Aquaphor one unfortunately gave my child a chemical burn and I am unsure from what. Again, I use it as a preventative treatment and my baby is currently peeling on his bum from the usage. It is a lot more runny and liquid-like compared to others. I unfortunately do not recommend.

Usually after 1 use, we notice a huge difference in the rash. Usually by 2nd application, baby’s rash is gone!

Absolute life saver! My baby boy had a little open wound blister on his butt cheek and this ointment healed it in 3 days. Desitin was not working so i got recommended this ointment and i am forever grateful! And it’s smooth too but dries down light. It doesn’t get super thick or pasty like desitin

The best diaper cream hands down. Smooth formula and no weird smells.
