This maximum strength diaper rash cream is a thick, cream-like protective diaper rash ointment with 40% Zinc Oxide. Boudreaux's Butt Paste Maximum Strength provides overnight protection, starts to soothe on contact, seals out moisture and helps keep baby’s boo-tay dry. Our maximum strength formula is free from dyes, preservatives, parabens and talc. To apply, change soiled diaper immediately, cleanse diaper area, allow to dry and apply diaper rash ointment liberally. Use this diaper cream as needed, especially when exposed to wet diapers for a prolonged period, such as bedtime. Q: Just opened the 14 oz container and it smells strongly and has oil separated on top. Is this how it's supposed to look? Want to make sure this is normal before using it on my baby.

That has been known to happen when the paste is exposed to higher temperatures for an extended period of time. We recommend storing it in a cool, dry place such as a hallway closet. Please do not leave the Butt Paste in your car, bathroom, etc. since the temperatures can vary drastically. Also, please discard the separated product if you have not already done so. If you can, please email through our website, or contact us by phone at 1-855-785-2888 Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Eastern Time to provide the LOT number from the bottom of the container that starts with the letter "C" as well as the store you purchased it from. Once we receive this information, we will be happy to issue a replacement coupon for your product.

    Only diaper cream worth having

    Title says it all! This is the only diaper cream worth buying. It works amazing - any trace of a rash disappears within a few hours? It also doesn't stain like other brands. I found desitin to be super messy but this is fantastic.

    Best diaper rash cream

    This diaper rash cream is hands-down amazing. My baby had a diaper rash when she was only two weeks old. Will you put this on her and left it on for a couple days and the rush went away almost instantly the consistency is very thick so it’s very easy to cover all places. A little goes a long way, so even a little bottle will last a while.

    Excellent rash protection that lasts for hours, bu

    This paste las long on the skin and creates thick protective layer that really helps with bad diaper rashes. I’ve used it on my daughter and noticed redness improving fast while keeping her skin comfortable. The texture spreads well, the ingredients feel gentle, and the scent id mild. Just be careful because it can stain colored clothing or fabrics if it gets them.

    The best diaper paste!! My baby had a horrible rash after starting solid foods. We tried many different diaper creams, but this was hands down the best. Worked so quickly to clear up the rash. We still use it every night to keep him comfy as he sleeps longer stretches.

    Best out there

    This butt paste works wonders. I’ve used this with my first baby and now my second. This is the best product out there for diaper rashes. I also have this in the tube and I prefer the tub. The paste in the tub doesn’t separate like in the tube. The only negative is to keep the tub sanitary you can’t double dip.

    Good product!

    Although I usually prefer ointment, this is the best of the best for a cream. It does a great job of getting rid of diaper rashes quickly. It is easy to spread.

    Ehh…

    I heard great things about this product, but for me it’s just ok. The consistency is a thick paste, but for some reason mine would have random pockets of liquid. Not entirely sure what was up with my batch, it is not hot where I am and the expiration isn’t until 2027…I had to mush it around before putting it on baby, which was not convenient. Also didn’t feel like it did much for his rash. Surprised seeing as it is extra strength.

    Disappointed

    We tried this but weren't fans of it. It did alright but wasn't as fast acting as others. It's an affordable product but just didn't provide the results we were hoping for.

    Works excellent

    This is the best diaper rash cream. It has a creamy texture that sticks longer to the skin for better protection and faster relief. The residue is soft, almost nonexistent, and wipes off easily.

    This is such a great cream it goes on smoothly and takes care of a rash that comes up and prevents them. It stays on not rubbing off on diaper it's one I go through a lot and always find myself buying more.

    Dependable max strength diaper cream

    A great diaper cream for when baby is having a stubborn rash. We only use this when the weaker diaper creams are not cutting it. Baby's skin responds very quickly to this. Will continue to purchase.

    I recently tried the Boundreaux’s Butt Paste maximum strength diaper rash Ointment 2oz and I’m extremely impressed with how effective it is. This formula is verh thick and rich, which helps create a strong protective barrier on the skin. I love using it overnight because it stays in place and protects the skin for hours without needing constant reapplication. It starts soothing almost immediately, and I noticed visible improvement by the next diaper change. 🩵 The 2oz size is perfect for keeping in the diaper bag, making it convenient for travel or everyday use.     We have been using this over a year and it is the best! It provides a great barrier to prevent diaper rashes while being lightweight. It also stays on during multiple diaper changes increasing effectiveness.

    Great diaper rash cream!

    My mom used to use this on me and all of my siblings. Well now that I'm a mom I've been using this. My baby has gotten a few rashes from different diapers and this would clear it up in 1-2 days. It's not too thick but thick enough to keep the area clean and dry. Definitely better than Desitin in my opinion.

    Decent diaper cream. SUPER thick cream, very sticky on application. My baby had a mild rash and I layered it on top.of petroleum jelly (as directed), but it took days for the rash to go away. It definitely helped the rash initially, but not as effective as other creams.

    Doesn't help with rashes

    I bought two tubes and used up most of both of them... they were good until my baby actually got a sore bottom or rash and then it does nothing to sooth it at all. It smells good like vanilla, but it's supposed to help with rashes is it not?? I'd use it and the rash wouldn't get better within a couple days. Switched to Aquaphor. And it healed the rash completely in a couple days. Wouldn't recommend
