  • A: Typically for larger areas of the body that need attention, we like to recommend our rollers. If there is a smaller area or a specific knot that would need targeting, we would recommend the Grid Ball.

Great roller ball

Soft enough that it makes it easier to roll out very tight muscles, but still retains its shape and helps loosen restriction.

Great Tool for backs

This little ball is packed with power! As someone who has an old low back injury, this ball was great at working the kinks out. Went to buy a foam roller, this was on sale, tossed it in the basket too. This has been far more helpful! Bought 1 for a friend as well. Was able to get back into the gym sooner thanks to this ball.

This is firm enough for me (weaker muscles, like I don't strength train). I use this mostly against the wall for my back. Helps pop back and I use it to pressure release tense muscles in the back and neck mostly. Great item.
