Bella The Baby Grand
Her name is “Bella” and I’am so proud of my Grand Piano. She is a showpiece I never thought I would have but Santa dropped it by Christmas Eve. I Love Legos lets see what’s next👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Fun to build
I love it. It works with the app but can't really be played. A bit overpriced.

Must have for collectors
This is an incredible set to have. Actually slightly larger than I was anticipating. The build was fun overall, the keys were a bit repetitive obviously but still very beautiful. It’s probably a touch pricy but would definitely recommend!

Incredible Detail When Expectations Are Set Right
Some negative reviews seem to come from incorrect expectations. This product is not meant to be a real piano, but a LEGO replica with an incredible level of detail. The music works through an app, and the keys move using sensors and a motor, which is part of the design. The engineering behind this set is impressive. If purchased with the right expectations, it’s an excellent experience. As a building set and decorative piece, it’s exceptional.

Best Build Yet
This was a fun, challenging, and super rewarding build from start to finish. The LEGO Piano has a perfect mix of intricate engineering and beautiful design, and every section felt purposeful and clever. The moving keys and internal mechanics make it feel truly special. If you enjoy detailed sets that push your building skills while giving you an amazing display piece, this one is absolutely worth it! A real showstopper.

Coolest Lego yet
This is by far the coolest Lego product I have ever bought! It is a piano with 25 working keys, a sustain pedal, a working bench, fall board, lid, and music stand, and you can connect your phone to it to move the keys as you listen or play the keys to a prerecorded song. The building instructions were easy to follow and, as a piano player, I had an amazing time building inner workings of the piano and seeing how precise they are. I also love how you can remove the keyboard and check out how it works from the inside. I think the amount of pieces goes really well for a great build and the size is perfect for all the details that it has. Though it is pretty pricey (and I used money saved for 2 years to buy it), it is totally worth it, and it makes for a great display. I would totally recommend it!

beautiful replica
I loved this - only thing I would do over is glue the legs in place - my wife is a duster and every time she moved it the legs and stuff fell apart.

Possibly the best set Lego ever made
I adored this build, sufficiently detailed to keep my attention and I loved the mechanism building, can we have more of these non vehicular technical builds, please?

You will love this!
Having my own grand piano I had to get this. It’s a tremendous build that has all the main components of a real grand piano and its playing function is really fun. It would be cool if each key could play its corresponding note but it’s still quite fun to see the keys move on their own.

Piano fun!
My son worked and saved all summer to earn money to buy this Lego set! The movement and design are amazing! They even withstand playing by a ten year old.

⚠️ READ THE ONE STAR REVIEWS BEFORE PURCHASING! ⚠️
I actually only gave this set five stars in the hopes that some of you loyal LEGO customers won't miss the negatives regarding this set, and wind up wasting your time with it. And so, here are those negatives... The piano itself does not play any music. The sound of the music comes out of whatever device you are using with their Powered Up app. And no, you can't create your own music or choose your favorite songs to be played. The app has two modes, 'Listen' and 'Play.' And even after all of this time, the 'Listen' mode has 20 songs to choose from, and the 'Play' mode has 9 songs to choose from (at the time of this review). Now, for the 'Listen' mode, the piano keys automatically move as a song plays. However, if you are under the impression that the keys move while matching the right music notes, then you will be disappointed... No, it looks like the keys just keep moving in the same order, to give the impression that the piano is playing the music. As for the 'Play' mode, you can't really play the actual notes in the songs like you might expect to. Because the way that it works is that you just press any key and it triggers the next sound in the selected song. And the reason that it works that way is because there's just one optical sensor that detects when any key is pressed. Now, putting all of that aside, this is still an extraordinary build and a lot of fun can be had just building it. And it might be a little challenging for some builders. Also, some builders should consider that it's possible they have made a slight mistake somewhere even if they are absolutely sure that they haven't. I know, because it has happened to me a few times over the years, lol. But anyway, my conclusion is that LEGO could have saved themselves from a lot of negative feedback if they had just provided more information about the things that I just mentioned. I mean, that's what I mainly wanted to know about this set. And I'm willing to bet that's what a lot of other people mainly wanted to know about it. But don't worry LEGO, I still love you! I just hope y'all can someday convince Paramount to let y'all make Star Trek sets before this human vessel that I'm inhabiting reaches the end of it's lifespan, lol...

Favorite Build So Far!
This was my absolute favorite build that I have done thus far! As an accomplished pianist, this set immediately caught my eye, and I just had to get it. I had relatively high expectations, and I was absolutely blown away by the detail and thought that was put into this set. You look at a standard baby grand piano, and you look at this, and the similarities are stunning! The way the hammers and dampers activate with the keys mirror an actual piano, the LEGO branding on the key cover, the full functionality of the lid and music stand, everything about this was amazing. I cannot recommend this set enough!

Great experience
This was such a beautiful product. It’s something to display. It was exciting and challenging to build but from a relative newcomer like myself , I took me time, triple checked the important bits and it turned out amazingly!!
