I love the circular brush head, however very disappointed that it doesn’t hold its charge as it’s meant to. I’m away for one night at the moment but can’t use it because I forgot my charger. I have used oral b for decades and know they should hold charge for a few days. It’s 9pm but will have to go out and buy a traditional manual toothbrush for until I return home tomorrow.

From the get-go I have had trouble with this toothbrush. I disconnected it from the app because the app limits what brushing options you have based on the way you answer some questions in setup. Why would you limit a user's access to brushing programs? Next issue - the only way to start the brush is for the brush to "wake up" when it detects motion. You cannot do anything if the brush doesn't wake up. It's such dumb functionality. My expensive toothbrush has become a manual brush because it won't wake up! Latest issue is that it just won't charge. I used to be able to set the brush on the charging base for three seconds, then the brush would wake up long enough for me to start it but no longer. It's just gone black. Won't charge, won't wake up. It's just worthless. I will never buy a smart toothbrush again. I bought it so it would prevent me from overbrushing but this just goes too far. And it was recommended to me by my dentist! I will be giving them this feedback as well. SAVE YOUR MONEY and buy something else.

Stopped working. It says it’s 100% charged, but when I brush, it says it’s 0% charged. I tried disconnecting and reconnecting several times but it did not work. I liked it when it worked. Wish it was more reliable. Going back to Sonicare.

Does it work? Sure, it works. It cleans my teeth gently and I would give that 5 stars. The reason I’m giving 2 stars is because of the frustration I have with the design. Why does a toothbrush need to be sleek? And what I’m referring to is the magnetic (if it can even be called that) charger. Since the toothbrush is very tall and very thin, guess what happens constantly? It falls down. If falls into areas I wish the head of my toothbrush never touched. Why not be practical over cool looking and actually design a charger that HOLDS the toothbrush? Is that really so revolutionary? Yes I’m clearly annoyed because this happens daily no matter where I move it to on the counter. If one other corner item touches, it falls down immediately, and it’s for this reason, I will never buy the toothbrush again.

I’ve been using this brush for about a year and a half. Brush is decent. The inside of the brush head gets dirty easily. Constantly cleaning it. Charging station gets dirty easily as well. Replacement brush heads are also expensive in my opinion. Preferred my older version.

I have had this for a little over a year. I was impressed with the first tooth brushing and am still impressed. It’s like getting your teeth cleaned at the dentist everyday. I have scrubbed my gums away over the years—and no wonder—I can’t believe how gently I need to hold the toothbrush against my teeth! I’d been scrubbing so hard for years. The app helps me be sure I get all quadrants of my mouth completely—I used to space out or walk around and do things while I brushed my teeth—now, I realize the importance of focusing for 2 minutes!!! My only complaint is that I am a lefty, and it seems the app doesn’t always read when I am brushing my bottom left molars correctly. Also, the replacement heads for the black toothbrush are outrageous. I never expected to spend this much on a toothbrush, but it is totally worth it!

I've had two of these for 6 months now and they both have garbage batteries. At first I was getting almost two weeks, but after a couple of months I've started going from a full charge to dead instantly leaving us without a brush. Now I'm returning them because waiting to have them repaired is stupid since I have to brush my teeth in the meantime. Most of the "features" are annoying buttons I accidentally push. I haven't figured out why I get smiley faces sometimes; it seems randomly given between two and four minutes.

I absolutely LOVE this tooth brush! My dentist recommended my husband to get an electric toothbrush, so we got his and her brushes. I had seen my dentist about 6 months after having the brushes and she was SHOCKED at the difference. I have crooked lowers and those were difficult to reach with a traditional brush, but NOT anymore! Just hold the brush in front, then back, then up top/bottom and BOOM! Feels like you just saw the dentist! I recommend this brush to EVERY!

I only recommend this Electric Toothbrush for all my patients, friends and family. As the timer helps kids and adults see the 2 min and get that smiling face. Plus the most important feature is the green light as it’s perfect as before it only showed red for too hard. Yet I was noticing many patients not brushing with confidence! It’s smooth and easy to navigate app for tracking your own oral health! The design is smooth and easy to use. Thank you for getting it so perfect!!

I bought this thinking I would follow the advice/reviews from others that this is superior to the Sonicare. I am totally disappointed that I did. I really liked my old Sonicare and it made my teeth feel so clean. This brush does not deliver the same quality of clean and I am left with my teeth feeling like they have a film on them even after trying the deep clean setting. Wish I had just stuck with my Sonicare.

I bought this in December 2020. I am not one who usually buys electric toothbrushes. I can say the brush it self works very well. The cleaning is great, the pressure indicator helps keep you from pushing to hard, and the timer is great. That said, the if you’re not using the app the brush handle is supposed to vibrate telling you when to move on to the next section of teeth. I have yet to feel that happen. Now the app, I do like the app, however,communication between the app and the brush has gotten worse over time. Half of the time it doesn’t recognize which section of you teeth you’re brushing. At first it did work but just okay. There are times I’ll switch from back teeth to front and it takes a good 10 seconds or more for the brush to realize the position change. So is the brush worth the money. I would say no. Would I recommend it, yes but get one of the less expensive versions. I only gave 4 stars because of how well the brush cleans.

I purchased this toothbrush due to versatility but it was poorly constructed. There is a gap between the brush and the handle. Toothpaste gets constantly in the gap causing major mold issues and drops down the side of the toothbrush as seen in the attached photos. I have to keep the toothbrush in the sink since it seeps through the gap and makes a mess on my bathroom counter. This is a daily issue. My family has other Oral B electric toothbrushes (less costly) and the gap has a colored strip. Initially, I thought my box was missing the colored strip but when I went to the store to see another box I realized that this model does not have a colored strip to enclose the gap. It’s been very frustrating and messy. Also, I used dental wax to form a circle around the gap but it fell off in 1 day. A Lot of money was spent and I wish I could get my money back and purchase a cheaper, better quality Oral B toothbrush.

Purchased this brush around May of this year. Brush comes with three replacement heads so that means I would be fine until around February (if replaced every three months). WRONG! Brush heads have to be constantly replaced because they harbor so much mold and junk so leaving the head on the brush is not an option. I started taking the head off but even then it still gets moldy and junky. Brush head doesn't stand on it's own due to the slanted design so all the water stays in there. The app is a whole other problem but save yourself the money and don't purchase this brush! Pictures of brush were taken after cleaning it (which is a daily thing).
