    I purchased the baby & me postnatal vitamin a month after having my baby and postpartum has been a breeze! I recently took a small break from taking these vitamins and I began to feel like a wreck! Rapid hair loss and brain fog. Since repurchasing, I am feeling like I can put together a full sentence😅 energized, breastfeeding doesn’t seem to drain me, and an increase in breast milk. These vitamins work for me! I only wish it came with more, because it’s a bit pricy and you need to take 2 a day. No aftertaste.

    started taking these vitamins around 5–6 months postpartum, and I’m honestly so glad I did. My hair started growing so much faster, my energy improved, and my postpartum anxiety and depression symptoms got lighter. I finally feel more like myself again. They also helped my baby’s iron levels get better really quickly — and mine improved too. I love that it’s two vitamins, one for baby and one for me, and they’re easy to stay consistent with.     Amazing vitamins!

    I’m breastfeeding my 3rd baby and was so excited to come across this vitamin because of the Moringa in it! I’m just finished my first bottle and this has been one of my favorite vitamins because it does not bother my stomach or my babies. They’re easy to take and have increased the thickness and fatty look to my milk. My baby started to pack on the pounds going from 8lbs 9oz to 10lbs 10oz in under 1 month. I will continue getting these vitamins and highly recommended.

    Great product

    I have recently bought these, did a little research finding what postnatal vitamins would help me and with lactation. I have been feeling amazing, and have had my milk supply increase. For me their not hard to swallow but if you have a hard time, try yogurt or crushing them. I am aware that this is not for everyone, but I definitely recommend.
