I love my Nutri-Blender Pro! I've worked with a Tribest blender (not powerful enough), a Vitamix (love it but huge amount of work and multiple parts) and the Nutri-Blender provides the best of both worlds: powerful enough to make all my smoothies and offers a very streamlined production/cleaning process. Highly recommend!!

Motor Burned Out in Less Than a Year
I am a big Ninja blender fan and have used them for decades. Eventually, one will stop working after being used every day for years, and I will go buy a new one. However, I bought this model only 10 months ago, and today the motor completely burned out and sort of exploded. It actually started smelling like burning many months ago, and the smell would come and go, and it got worse and worse, until today's total failure.

Cups warp
The plastic cups no longer screw onto the base after less than two months of dailt use. The cups warped even though I used the top rack of the dishwasher. I called Ninja and they said the cups are not covered under warranty. Too bad as I really liked this blender otherwise.

So far so good!
Although the Ninja Nutri-Blender Pro With Auto IQ is pretty straight forward, I’m still learning to use it in its entirety. So far we’ve (my fiance and I) enjoyed making smoothies for work. We like our smoothies pretty thick, so looking back I should’ve maybe ordered the one for smoothie bowls. Nonetheless it’s a good product, and I hope it holds up.

Burning odor when using
Purchased Feb 2024. Used 4-5 times a week, some weeks less. Blended combo of frozen fruite, ice, water, mulk, etc... diff combos each time. About 2 weeks ago, started smelling a burning odor. Not sure what's going on, guess the motor is going out. Disappointed, feel like I should get more use out of this than 1yr and 4mths.

Avoid the pain and pick another blender
I had a different Ninja blender model that worked for years until the blades wore out and I couldn’t find a replacement part. I bought this model a few months ago and hate it. It is so loud. And the cups say they are dishwasher safe but I don’t think they are- the blender attachment won’t connect smoothly to the cups anymore and I just ordered two replacement cups from the Ninja website. I paid more money for this blender compared to my last one, and it is worse.
