Its just OK
It only has “on” and “off”. There are no others settings although it does get warm. And it has to be plugged in to work. No charging options. It does have a very long cord to keep plugged in.

I love it! It is very convenient and easy to use. The amount of heat is just right. I also like the fact that it automatically reverses rotation direction and turns off in 20 min as I don't have to check the time, It can be conveniently placed on different parts of the body and put away after use.
