However, after a few uses we became obsessed with the taste and possibilities. I used to crave starbucks at least 2-3 times a month but since getting the nespresso I haven't even thought of it. I highly recommend to anyone thinking about the machine to do it!

I HATE this machine. It is way to fragile. In the morning all of a sudden, it start not working and needs a detartrage now. Doesn't warn you before. In the morning a need a coffee and then I can detartrage and all you want, but I NEED my coffee. My first machine broke a few months after I bought it, they sent me another one. I used it a few times, it was OK, but this morning again it needs a detartrage immediately. I hate the way the machine tells you it's needs, it is like a morse code of little red light that you can't read without the owner's manuel in hand. MAKE YOURSELF A FAVOR DON'T BUY THIS GARBAGE. I give up I AM THROWING IT AWAY :(

Nespresso milk frothers are the best in the market. This one is no different. I find that other milk frothers are too bubbly. Whereas the nespresso frother is a smooth foam crema. The cleaning process is straight forward and the sound is fairly silent.

As part of your Vertuo Pop+ machine’s maintenance, we recommend you follow the first-time use steps at least once a week, to rinse away any granule buildup in the head of your machine, and as part of your Aeroccino3 Milk Frother machine’s maintenance, we recommend after every froth, you wipe out the milk residue with a damp cloth and rinse out the machine with cold water from the tap, until it is cool to the touch.

Nespresso makes the best coffee machines at an affordable price! I love the vertuo pods and how easy it is to just pop a pod in every morning. It is so easy to run a clean cycle before and after each use. I just wish it made my coffee hotter, but that isn’t enough to deter me from this amazing machine!

I loved this machine when I first got it. The coffee pods taste amazing and it was just so easy to make! As time passed my machine definitely started to ware down (after a year). It started to leak everyone I made a new cup of coffee. I just wish the product lasted a little longer since it is expensive.

This machine is utter garbage. It does not work. It is finicky and there are no instructions with the product. I purchased one and spent 2 and 1/2 hours trying to get it to work and it doesn't. We have one at the office that doesn't work. I cannot believe that Nespresso would even think of of putting their name on this outer piece of crap.

I bought this as a gift for my sister and it works as needed but upon opening, there is an immediate quality difference. I have the Vertuo Plus from 2023 and it feels significantly more expensive. The Pop just feels like lightweight plastic. Even when adjusting it, I noticed how flimsy the water tank, disposal container and drip tray are. I know this model is more affordable but I didn't expect the extreme difference in physical quality. Other than that, it brews coffee as it should. Also-- I have the Pastel Yellow and for some reason it has registered as Pacific Blue on the app.

I bought this machine 2 months ago. The first machine had to return it. It was not working properly. It would not read the bar code of the pods and would not produce the right amount of coffee. Secondly, the machine was very loud when it was producing coffee. Nespresso replaced it with a new machine. Slightly better, but still disappointed. I have had 2 other Nespresso machines which have lasted me over 10 years with no issues and were heavily used. Very disappointed in the quality of the machine and lack of reliability. Would not buy this model again. Don't recommend it.
