These products are truly disappointing; they caused more damage than benefit. Mist settles everywhere, even inside office printers and other equipment. White dust accumulates especially on furniture, chairs, printers, computers, phones, phone lines—basically everything you can think of. It’s incredibly frustrating. I had to clean all the printers, equipment, and furniture, and ended up injuring my leg in the process. I really don’t understand why manufacturers continue to make products like this.

To help reduce white dust, we recommend regular cleaning as detailed in the manual and using distilled water for best results. please save your money
I purchased this humidifier back in November amd absolutely loved it for the first 3 months.. I have kept up with the maintenance, also descaling and cleaning it weekly. it worked like a dream. however, it started leaking at the base. I was laying down last night and heard a dripping sound next to my bed and sure enough there was a puddle under my humidifier. it was at the base and quickly created a mess in a matter of minutes. right next to the power strip none the less. this was my first Levoit purchase and unfortunately will probably be the last due to how severe the outcome of the leak could have been if I were actually asleep and did not hear the dripping.

Helps with congestion!
I bought this for my 3 year old who is battling an awful cold with heavy congestion. My son had a way better sleep after the first use (used the cold mist). I love that there is a side compartment to add essential oils and the app is a great way to schedule on/off hours.

Stopped working after 2 years
I purchased the Levoit Oasis humidifier two years ago and now this winter it won't even turn on. It worked well while it lasted, but I'm disappointed in the poor longevity :(

I love this humidifier so far. the first one I bought had mold and looked used, so I returned it. When I asked the employee for another they said they were out, but I found them in the store anyway🙄. It works great so far. I was debating the Bluetooth option at first but its a game changer, especially if you have a little one at home. You can control everything on the app even turning it on and off, plus the light options are really cool. Cleaning it and filling it are super easy. Also the modern look of it looks great in a room compared to others in the market.

This is a great humidifier
Over the years, this is by far the best humidifier that I’ve had, and I’ve gone through a lot of humidifiers from many different companies. Everything worked right out of a box no problems connecting through Bluetooth to my phone. I love the fact that you could set the humidity and just leave it. I would highly recommend this one, especially if you get a lot of sinus infections, and if you have allergies. I live in New England and this winter has been really bad and I fill the tank up and it runs all night and only uses about a half of tank. The thing that I love most about it really is that it’s so easy to clean unlike a lot of the other machines that I’ve had would give six stars if I could

Unit leaks
I tried to write a question/comment on this unit and the website wouldn’t accept it. Here is my concern… Our unit leaked all over after the first night. It was leaking down the side of the unit, even though it was turned off. I purchased 2 units, one for each child’s room, but I don’t want this to happen again and possibly cause an electrical fire/electrocution. I had asked if this was a common issue but wasn’t able to post the question so wasn’t able to troubleshoot. I don’t think it’s worth the risk.l in my opinion.

I don't leave many reviews, please give this a second thought. This product leaks from the screw holes on the bottom of the machine. I woke up to ruined table and water all over hardwood floor. Still leaking out bottom of machine even after we dumped out all remaining water.

Leaks within two months
We LOVED it until one of the humidifiers leaked during the night. It's a problem with the humidifier (not user error) since it leaks from two areas in the bottom of the base. The pool of water ruined our dresser, which is the biggest problem. Most things are made cheaply now, but I wish I listened to the other reviews and saved my furniture by paying more for a more durable product.
