Do not buy
I have spent hours trying to get it to print. Cable doesn't work. It is on WiFi, but no. I have installed and re-installed.

Don't Waste Your Money
I’ve probably printed 20 pages in black ink in draft mode and it’s already out of black ink. I printed in color twice (maybe 4 pages total) and the ink is halfway depleted. Setup took over an hour because it kept crashing. Two months later and it’s still not connected to the smart ink program because it fails every time. It’s slow as heck when printing - it takes about 45 seconds per page of black ink in draft mode.

Disappointed, it replaced my envy 5000series, the hook up was very difficult the copier is extremely slow and I really do not see quality and definition of copies like it should be

ok printer but not the greatest
The QR code is displayed to finish install. installing on a PC does not allow reading QR code like a iPhone. The SW from HP or Microsoft on PC should complete install with NO QR code link. I got it to work so I ignore the QR code display that comes up all the time. Also uses #68 ink cartridge...there are thousands of ink cart from HP why a NEW one for each new printer. Also new cart requires running alignment print out. There should be a cart centering sensor that aligns internal without alignment page being printed and scanned.

Ups and downs of a new printer
I was delighted when my printer was delivered less than 24 hours after I had ordered it. Then the problems started. I have arthritis in my hands and struggledd to get the printer out of the box. I had to wait until my daughter came over to do that for me. She then set the printer up and left me with a working printer which i was delighted with because I could print off a photograph of my great grandson. 2 days later I went to print a copy of my fuel bill when i got a message to say the printer was in error mode. No instructions on how to get out of it and in fact was not on the list of problems. I had to wait for my daughter to come over again to try and sort out. She eventually did by installing the printer again. Finally I am able to print forms that were needed for this morning. it is now 7.15 pm so useless. Rant over P.S I also had trouble getting the pin number. I badly broke my thigh last may so have trouble bending/kneeling and the number very awkward to access.

HP Envy 6155e AllinOne
The only reason I gave my HP Envy 6166e AllinOne! three stars is I have been unsuccessful with establishing my email address as a default, a send to, or an email. I have followed directions on how to set and apply this necessary feature but unfortunately it has not worked.

Don't buy until the technology for automatic ink is better
The 4 months of free ink were awesome and the quality of printing is great, but once I had to start paying for ink, my printer will no longer sync with the app and now it says it’s not connected to the internet. No matter how many times I put in the WiFi password, confirm it says connection good, restart the printer and all my devices, and try printing, it doesn’t work. My IT husband couldn’t figure out the issue either. I tried doing a factory reset but I can’t without cancelling my subscription, so I tried but I can’t remove the printer until the subscription is cancelled which won’t be official for another 3 weeks. I’m a teacher and trying to do my lessons and can’t print at all which is the whole point in my buying this printer! It won’t let me cancel print jobs and sometimes the on/off button doesn’t work, it’s a piece of garbage.
