We appreciate you providing us with this feedback, but this is definitely not the type of experience we want you to go through. Please check the bottom of the PowerMop mop head to see if it is dirty as sometimes if the mop head itself is dirty, the pads may not attach. Clean the mop head and try attaching again. Try this method of attaching the pad: Spray solution, put the pad on the mop head, and pass the pad through the solution. The friction of the pad + solution on the floor will attach the pad to the mop head. Please feel free to contact us at (800) 742-9220 so we can learn more about this situation and take care of you. The pads do not stick to the mop! The whole thing is a piece of junk! A joke. Buy a box of pads and not a one sticks on the mop while using!

I absolutely love my Swifter Powermop and using the mopping pads. I use this daily in high traffic areas to help keep my house clean. It’s gentle on my floors and I’m never worried about over using it. The pads pick up so much dirt and it stays on the textured pad. These stick firmly and do not fall off even if you need scrub on a stubborn mess.

Pads don't stick.
Brand new power mop. There is no possibility of getting the pads included to stick to the mop by themselves. Had to resort to using rubber bands as suggested online. Great way to mark up floors.

Awful bring back swiffer wet jet
awful off first of all the amount of solution that comes compared to the amount of mopping pads is completely off. I have tons of solution left and no pads left which brings me to the second point the pads are garbage you barely start cleaning and all the pieces just start falling off and making more stuff you have to clean up with something else.

On average, one refill should last for several cleanings, typically covering around 1,000 square feet when you sweep the surface beforehand.
