Horrible experience
I was horrified when the package was delivered. It was not in a secure box. Rather, it arrived in a bag. Needless too say the box was very damaged. Additionally, it appeared to be used. Someone had a hand written note stuck to the of the box on a yellow post-it note. And once inside it looked like it had been used. I expected a new humidifer, not a previously opened and used product. I really wish I could have had something positive to say. We immediately returned it at the cutomer service counter.

Good Humidifier
I love how light and easy to fill this humidifier. It fits in my bathroom sink for filling. I like the nightlight as well. I do wish it had an indent to hold while setting it back on the base. But overall I would buy it again. It seems easy to clean too.

I loved this thing, it was helping my dry skin a lot. However, cleaning effectively is nearly impossible & despite bending brushes to reach everywhere, it got mold. I tried to contact the company for assistance & never got a reply.

I have received my new humidifier and had it on in my kids bedroom the last few nights. I was very pleased with this machine -it runs quietly and efficiently, and the tank holds enough water to last through the night even on a high setting. The part I liked best was the option of switching the nozzle to flow in 2 directions at one time. The part the kids liked best was the option of switching the colors on the night light.

Painful Filling Process
Impossible to fill upside down with a full gallon of distilled water because it’s not a flat surface. Takes two people to fill.

I absolutely love it! Very easy to run, I like the option of shutting off the night light. Easy to fill and clean. Whisper quiet, once in a while has a small glug sound but other than that quiet. I also like that it’s small and fits on my night stand.
