Q: Does it have a headlight

A: We have oriental carpets throughout our home. If I even drop something on the carpet, most of the time I need to use a flashlight to find it! Even in daylight with a room light on a headlight on the vacuum is an added benefit that eliminates vacuuming something little that accidentally fell. Just my reason for appreciating a headlight.

We have pets and I know their hair is around, but it can sometimes blend in with the carpet. The headlight is bright and as I am approaching an unvacuumed part of the carpet I can really see all of the hair that is there, and it makes it even more satisfying to see it clean as I pull the vacuum back. It is also very helpful when vacuuming under a table or couch etc. :)

A: Hi there – Yes! The pre-motor filter on this model is washable. Just rinse it with warm water and let it dry completely before reinstalling. The post-motor filter is not washable and should be replaced periodically.

This vacuum is my second purchase. Only because I had the other one for 6 years and it stopped working. I bought the new and updated version because of the lights, the suction. AND this new one has the option to take it down the stairs without the bulky bottom. It has a carpet option which helps to clean it better. I use it on my wood floors and it works great! I love the light it shows so I can see what is on the floor.

All that holds it all together is a small cheap piece of plastic. After not even a year it broke regular vacuum duty of one residential house. Now it's garbage. I tried super glue and zip ties, neither worked. Garbage.

Everything I have been looking for in a sweeper/vacuum. Lightweight, easy to push on med to high pile carpet, with a convenient dial that goes from plush carpet to low pile instantly. Good on hardwood floors too. With 3 dogs and 2 cats, I need good pickup and this is great. The front light shows pet hair, and the hose is so easy to detach and flexible. We like the easy swivel too. My Dyson was not good on plush carpeting and hard to push and heavy, cordless needed to be recharged twice to clean the house. Happier with this purchase, its cheaper, high wuality and a 5-year warranty!

This is a terrible vacuum. It scratches my wood floors and falls over EVERYTIME I use the Lift-off feature. The cord and hose are both too short. Also, there are NO attachments available for it. Wish I had not bought this....

Literally the worse vacuum I have ever used in my life. You cannot use this on hardwood it just makes everything fly around. On carpet it’s not good at all either. I did 2 rooms and the canister was completely empty.

This vacuum has suffered multiple failures in a matter of months. Their customer service is acceptable, but once the warranty is up this vacuum will be junk. Waste of money, buy from a brand that makes something that'll last more than half a year.

This vacuum has been an amazing investment! I was a bit unsure because of some negative reviews, but decided to give it a try. Let me tell you, with three cats and two daughters, hair is a constant battle in my home. We vacuum every day using a cordless LG, but recently, our allergies have been acting up like crazy. So, I took a chance on this vacuum, and wow, I was shocked by the amount of dust and hair it picked up! Since my daughters don't eat outside the kitchen or dining area, we rarely have small particles on the carpet. If you're a pet owner, this vacuum is a game-changer. My carpet feels professionally cleaned. Seriously, best purchase of the week! 😂

Less than two weeks after buying vacuum the Pet TurboEraser refused to turn. Followed instructions to check but could find nothing wrong. Now the roller brush on the main vacuum has stopped moving. There is still suction but none of the brushes are working now. Don't waste your money.
