A: Baby & Me postnatal is vegetarian not vegan. My apologies that the description at Target is incorrect, we will work to fix this on the website. This formula is not vegan, as we source our Vitamin D3 from Lanolin, the oil from sheep's wool and the GTF Chromium is sourced from duck feathers. I have recently bought these, did a little research finding what postnatal vitamins would help me and with lactation. I have been feeling amazing, and have had my milk supply increase. For me their not hard to swallow but if you have a hard time, try yogurt or crushing them. I am aware that this is not for everyone, but I definitely recommend.

I took the prenatal pills and decided to give the postnatal a try. I am exclusively breastfeeding my second baby and happy to say that it had helped my milk supply. My baby is currently six months and he weighs a good 21 lbs lol. The taste isn't too great but I can get by it. I will keep taking these until my baby is a year old. Thank you Megafood!

I'm at 7 months post-partum and my production was not ideal at all, just barely enough for my baby. Decided to give these a shot and I'm seeing more milk coming through when I pump already! I recommend drinmucha bunch of water too if you're not already doing so. ❤️
