Guests appreciate the app's guidance for improved brushing habits, while the sleek design and long battery life enhance usability. Best Model
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s great that it syncs with the app. It helps you track your brushing routine.

Great for Brushing and Tracking
I've returned to this brand after using another for quite some time and still favor this one over the other brand. You can feel the sonic power when brushing. I did have to reinstall the brush as I had some problems initially getting the tracking to work on the application. But has been working quite nicely since bluetooth reinstall.

Does a great job but durability is questionable
This is the second Phillips sonicare I've had in less that two years. The first one vibrated itself loose and could no longer be used but fortunately it was still within warranty and I got it replaced without any fuss. My hope is that the second one lasts longer than the first one because they're pretty expensive and the warranty was not extended.

Nearly perfect for travelers. Perfect for home.
I've been using this headset for over 4 years. After a few weeks, it was replaced under warranty because the motor was extremely noisy. It is one of the best designs with features currently on the market. The product feels premium, especially the case, which is very slim and sleek, saving a lot of space in hand luggage or a washbag when I travel. The USB-C charging port makes this case very universal to use with your daily phone cables. However, it has one downside, or to be more precise, I miss having a UVC lamp in this case to sanitize the brush heads. I hope the next generation of this slim case will include a UVC lamp, as it is very essential when traveling.

Losing Efficacy
I like this toothbrush but in the past couple of days its sensitivity and cleaning ability seems to have decreased. It no longer seems to notice what side of my mouth I am brushing and as a result it gives me incorrect information on where and how I brushed my teeth, and they don’t feel as clean as they used to.

So far so good.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My last Sonicare died, and the replacement I had, I could not just buy a new cord for (a separate issue), so during Prime, I ordered my new Sonicare. It was pricey, even on sale, but so far it's doing well. It had a short learning curve (took two uses to get the hang of it), but it's doing reasonably well. I like the ability to increase the pressure, though it's not as good at whitening as my last one. I'm also concerned about how much the replacement heads will cost.

Good features not much on battery life.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first month battery life was good. Both brushes now need to charged much sooner.

So far so good
I love this toothbrush so far. I have only been using it for a week, but it’s really helped me brush better! I love the assisted brushing for that purpose. It’s interactive. The toothbrush is so much lighter than my previous Sonicare, which is nice plus. The travel charging unit is sleek and doesn’t take up a ton of space. The stand charger is nice and the designer is less bulky than my previous Sonicare. I love the color of the toothbrush - it’s beautiful up close, so it doesn’t look terrible sitting on my counter. I ordered the cream/gold. My teeth definitely feel cleaner with this toothbrush. I’m hoping that my dentist will notice!

This product is the best in 40 years
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve used Sonicare for 40 years. It’s such a better toothbrush. It has improved over the years I never realized that they had a top level brush until this year. When I purchased a Sonicare for my cousin. He has really enjoyed it. I was sucking for a special When I ran a Roy the 9900 series.

Great toothbrush - until it breaks
I've had three of these handles now - I bought the first, it developed a fault and was replaced, the replacement developed the same fault and was also replaced. I'm torn because when it's working, I love it - it's quiet, and effective, and I like the app functionality - but three handles all developing the same issue (the shaft comes loose whereupon it's unusable to all intents and purposes - noisy and wobbly) seems to indicate a design flaw. I'm a careful, instruction-following person so I'm pretty sure it's not operator error!

Not good value for money
Compared to my previous Diamond Clean Prestige, this is not as good. It feels less powerful and, whilst the redesign of the power button is good, now crud can't get underneath it, the touch sensitive power level switch is way too easy to touch while using the the brush. This means that you keep inadvertently changing there power setting unless you hold the brush by the sides, which is not very comfortable. For the money, I'm not impressed.

New Tech is not better or more efficient
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my 3 or 4th Sonicare toothbrush, so I do love the brand and the functionality of the sonic brush design/process. However, the newer brushes rely too much on the App for a feeling of ease of use. With this brush, you need to use the App to adjust too many settings, whereas the previous models allow for quick and easy adjustment right on the brush handle. As the App tends to fall out of sync with this brush head and seems to require you to bring the iPhone or other device housing the App near to your brush handle for connection each time, it is a non-starter for me. I returned this model and purchased one of the older models to replace the one that had stopped working. Lession learned: new technology is not always better or more efficient.

As a whole it’s a wonderful toothbrush.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would have given a 5 Star, however, when brushing the app does not recognize me brushing on some quartering and request touch ups. Sometimes it will recognize all areas and say complete clean. I am not sure if it is a flaw in the AI Brush or the App. I ignore it when it does it because I am fully aware when brushing all my teeth. I had this toothbrush in Champagne color stolen by TSA in August and turned around and purchased the Black color one to replace it and remind me when I travel not to trust TSA. So in the length of time using this brush will include both brushes.

Best toothbrush you can buy!
This is the best toothbrush I have used. It does everything it says on the box. My teeth are cleaner and gums feel better. A lot better than my Oral b IO toothbrush. Worth the extra expense!

Disappointed
I purchased the Philips Sonicare 9900 Prestige because it was the top of the range, and I thought it would be the best electric toothbrush and give the best results. I am hugely disappointed with this product. Although it has five modes: deep clean, clean, white, gum health and sensitive; you can’t move between modes unless you open the App on your phone using WIFI or Bluetooth. I don’t expect to have to fiddle with my phone while I’m cleaning my teeth. But I do want to use ‘deep clean’ and move on the ‘white’ during cleaning without having to log on to my phone. How ridiculous, how disappointing. What a waste of money….

Deeply Flawed Product That Doesn't Last
I have been using Sonicare toothbrushes for roughly 15 years and the once high quality is at an all-time low. I have had this toothbrush replaced 5+ times because the metal shaft that holds the head in place inevitably shakes itself loose. Sometimes it lasts a year, sometimes it lasts a few weeks, but it will happen and it makes the toothbrush unusable. It's unacceptable for a top of the line model, let alone any model within the Sonicare product line, to not last more than a few weeks or months. I would not recommend purchasing this product.
