Fine toaster! Toasts a little unevenly but it’s quick and perfectly adequate

I find the “handles” very useful because you can lift them up and it helps get the toast out of the toaster. I also appreciate separate buttons for a bagel and to cancel or abort the toasting process.

Every single slot, one side toasts better than the other. The handles/levers are flimsy and one side, when I press it down (and it stays down, which is finicky) there's a small spark inside, which makes me nervous. Also, On the highest setting (7) Toast is BARELY toasted. I usually have to put it back down. It bought it because it was wirecutter's top pick, but goodness, they've never missed the mark so poorly. I would not recommend this toaster to anyone.

Each slot toast one side better then the other side. Other than that it's simple to use and so is the look.

It's a toaster, it's easy and it works as a toaster should. What I really like about it is that it has very sturdy feet, it won't slide as you push the lever down for toast.

Nice compact light weight toaster. Toasts well and handles a variety of thicknesses of breads. Very happy with this product.

After using a 2-slice toaster that took what seemed like forever to toast anything, we were amazed at how fast and how beautifully our Cuisinart toasts. The bread comes out evenly toasted, and it's easy to choose the degree of brownness we desire. Another feature we appreciate is the ability to stop the process to check the toast, AND we can raise the toast so that we no longer need tongs to lift it out. WISH WE HAD BOUGHT THIS YEARS AGO!

Great product, 2nd toaster we have purchased. Its toasts bread muffins or bagels exactly the way you want.

Love toast from this toaster. On occasion the toast is a bit lighter than expected but not a deal killer here.

Love this toaster. I’m a senior and needed a 4 slice toaster. Had plenty to choose from and discovered this one. The clean white color is a great pick, in a sea full of toasters. Cuisinart is a brand I trust and look forward to many years of great toast. Don’t forget the 3 yr warranty is pretty rare too!

this is the second Cuisinart toaster I've purchased over the years. This model is even better than the previous one. It toasts evenly and consistently.

Didn't think I would like this toaster at first. After using it I was surprised. For a plastic, light weight toaster. It hasn't disappointed! Toasters everything evenly, the first time.

This toaster is okay. It has very ‘loose’ knobs that can accidentally be moved, so if you select 3 as the toaster setting and accidentally touch the knob, it can move to the 4 or higher setting. The push down start knob it touchy so you must be firm. The heating elements do not heat up the same so your toady is uneven in doneness. I do like that there are 4 slots and some added settings for bagels or defrosting. Also, my husband cut his finger on a sharp edge around the slots which should have a rolled edge. Overall, it is just okay. Our old version of this toaster was so much better until the elements stopped working (we had for 25 years). I am disappointed with this toaster, but will live with it.

Great toaster. This toaster hands down is so much better than my last 4 slice toaster.

I love my new 4 slice Cuisinart toaster! The slots are plenty big for wider sliced homemade bread and toast nicely. I like that I can adjust the two different sides to different cooking times. I have a white toaster and it looks very nice on my counter.

I like that my homemade bread fits nicely without touching sides. It does brown differently on each side tho. Also, it sounds a little loud when pushing down the buttons. In all, it's ok.
