Crappy carafe for machine
I like the design of the machine, but the design of the car the machine comes with needs improvement. I deducted three stars for that it’s hard to fill the machine with the carafe it comes with. It’s hard to clean the carafe and it’s hard to use the carafe Mr coffee needs to improve the carafe design for this machine drastically

Don't Waste Your Money
Makes great coffee but... I've had this coffee maker for just under 5 months and today I find the water reservoir leaking like a sieve. FIVE MONTHS!

For a possible fix, please check the hose in the reservoir, make sure it is snug on connection. Also, check the filter basket for any drips down the back of the basket onto the trip arm and warming plate. Ensure to use medium grounds and make sure that the water is not exceeding the max line in the water reservoir. Lastly, please run a cleaning cycle into it if the machine hasn't been cleaned recently. Your Mr. Coffee® 14-Cup Programmable Coffee Maker has a 1-year limited warranty. If this doesn't resolve your issue, we'd like to kindly request that you contact us directly in order to help you get to the best resolution. Have a good day!

With the ability to brew a big 14 cups you can have your morning coffee with enough left over to make iced coffee later. Sharp looking coffee maker that is very easy to set up and use. Programmable maker so your coffee is ready in the morning without any effort. I use the same 12 cup reusable filter from my previous coffee maker and it works well. Easy to clean glass carafe. I rinse and dry. Instructions are simple to understand and precise.

No replacements carafes!
It worked great for a month, then the carafe cracked. They don't sell replacements! That's nuts. Why pay $60 plus for a coffee maker you can't get a basic part for? Avoid this model!

Makes great Coffee but...
I have had this coffee maker for a week and have explored all it has to offer. The bottom line is, that it makes great coffee. BUT, I do not like that I cannot use the "Strong" option when I set the "Brew Later" the night before. Also, when using the "Brew Later" option, you have to set the time every night that you want to have the coffee brewed for the next morning. It's not a big deal and I would buy this coffee maker again for the price and the coffe tastes great!

I love the design it's very sleek very easy to use very easy to read the manual out of the Box after cleaning it was a breeze and I love the fact that it has a very large capacity for a major coffee drinker such as myself.

Love the large carafe
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This large 14 cup coffee maker has been fantastic for our house. We always needed to brew a small second batch so everyone got there cups filled for the morning which was tedious and time consuming. This larger carafe makes just enough to get us going with one batch. It has a small batch feature and it keeps it warm without scorching for a few hours, which is handy for working from home days. Overall, very happy with this machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm loving this Mr.Coffee coffeemaker it brews 14 cups of coffee more than any other coffee maker I've owned. You can also brew less cups of coffee by simply programming the coffee maker. I love that u can auto pause it to grab a cup of coffee before brewing finishes. It has where you can set your coffee to brew a bolder cup of coffee.

My Favorite!

From single serve ones with pucks to the pot ones. This one is but far the easiest machine with great features! My husband leaves for work before me & I can keep my coffee hot until I have some at home & also fill my cup when I leave.

I usually have to make coffee numerous times when we have family or friends over. This coffee maker has the option to program it to make coffee at a certain time. It has an automatic shut off,very important in my opinion. It also has self cleaning option. It keeps the coffee warm for quite awhile. Great product.

Broke in 2 days
We bought this upgraded coffee maker specifically right before Christmas so that we’d be set for our Christmas gatherings. Our previous one was old, but still working. But we didn’t want to take a chance of it breaking over the holiday. Guess what? We bought this new coffee maker on Friday and two days later, Christmas morning , it broke. It stopped working. What a major disappointment and major inconvenience.

If your coffee maker is not working, it might be because the unit is not getting enough power from the wall outlet where it is currently plugged in or the wall outlet itself is a non working outlet. To remedy this issue, check if there is no physical damage on its cord and if there's none, try unplugging the coffee brewer. Let the unit rest for 3-5 minutes. Afterwards, plug it into a different wall outlet. Do not use it with any extension cords, power strips and power converters or inverters as it may affect the coffee maker's performance. Also, make sure that all parts and accessories are properly inserted. Otherwise, it might cause the product not to work properly. Your coffee maker has a 1-year limited warranty. If this doesn't resolve your issue, we'd like to kindly request that you contact us directly in order to help you get to the best resolution. Have a good day!

Solid coffee maker
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for a second coffee maker to be able to use in our cabin, and went with the old standby Mr Coffee. This model is more than basic though, it’s got some great features like pause and pour and it’s easy to clean which we really need since we like to deep clean between our rental guests. Very happy with this coffee maker.
