Q: I have run the complete descaling process and done everything that it said and I cannot get the descale light to shut off. I even did all the how to fix it Online suggestions and nothing works. The light is still on, please advise?

A: Thanks for your question. We're sorry to hear about this. Did you activate the Descale Mode on your K-Express coffee maker before starting the process? To activate Descale Mode, begin with the brewer plugged in and powered off, then press and hold the 8oz and 12oz buttons together for 3 seconds. When flashing, press the 12oz button to start the descaling process. Once the descale process is complete, the DESCALE notification should turn off automatically. If you followed the correct process for the K-Express and are still experiencing this, please call our Consumer Care team at 866-901-2739, we will be more than happy to help.

A: Thanks for your question. The K-Express coffee maker does not dispense cold beverages; however, Keurig makes brewing over ice with your favorite pods easy! Simply, fill a 16-oz cup with ice and place under the brewer (do not use glass), choose the 8-oz. option and then brew directly over ice. Enjoy!

Q: Can you reset and skip the descaling if you believe your water to be extremly pure?

A: Thanks for your question! Descaling regularly will help to keep your Keurig coffee maker performing at its best. Depending on the mineral content of your water, calcium deposits or scale may build up in your brewer. Scale is non-toxic but if left unattended can hinder brewer performance. Regularly descaling your brewer every 3-6 months helps maintain the heating element, and other internal parts that come in contact with water. We hope this helps!

I purchased this single serve, along with the K-cup drawer, to replace an older Keurig on our boat, and I LOVE the 2 of them together. They aren’t taking up much more space than the other needed. They tuck away nicely off to the side, are easy to move, and just look Classy!!

The machine is good. However when replacing Keurig did not inform me that the color was not in stock, I had to inquire about it later which I feel was a negative since it was a warranty replacement. Almost like they wanted me to forget even though I did everything ASAP
