Changed formula NOT good
I have used this pore minimizer for years, it was VERY effective at minimizing pores. A few days ago I went to Ulta to get a new one since I was out and it is a new formula that does NOT cover pores like the old one, or at all! Do not waste your money, it is no longer a "pore minimizer", it's very thin like water and does nothing to the look of pores. Benefit years ago had a great under eye cover up that had a white core of vitamin E, it was also very effective. They changed the formula on that and it is no longer available. Benefit, you are losing long time customers!!!!!

I have been using this product for years and loved it. I recently purchased it and definitely not the same. Must have changed the ingredients Very runny and does nothing to blur my pores. Will not be buying again!

I've tried so many primers for my oily skin and none have worked and I decided to try this one and OMG it's the best one ive tried my makeup lasted all day did not get oily at all i totally recommend this primer for oily skin 100% :)

I really wanted to like this primer but it feels like nothing and squeezes out horribly. I've lost so much product on my bathroom sink as it comes out in a snake-like form. Wish I tested it at the store before buying it.

Just Okay
I love this primer as it does work to minimize pores, however, it's so difficult to apply! The best way I could describe it is its like putting a thin clay on your face. It bunches up and falls off before you can apply it. Most of the product lands on my vanity vs my face :(

I did like this primer however sometimes I did find it peeled slightly around the eyes with my favourite concealer and foundation so personally I wouldn't buy again

These new formulations are so disappointing. I LOVED the old Hydrate formula - it blurred pores and was water-based so worked with my foundation. Now all the new primers are silicone-based other than this one and this doesn't come close to the old Hydrate. The texture is thick and weird and does not blur pores at all.

Would reccomned this primer to my ex best friend, my awful bosses, and my mortal enemies. Great if you want your skin to feel greasy AND dry at the same time! I expected a lot more since I love a lot of benefit products, but this primer is awful. I would give it zero stars if I could. it felt really greasy when forst applied and once foundation and concealer were applied they immediately creased and clung to any dry patches.

Do not buy!!!
I bought this primer at the recommendation of the ulta girl. Comes out like toothpaste. Does not spread. Crumbles and falls to the ground. Figured i got a bad container. Exchanged it two states away and had the exact same issue. Yet none of the testers have this issue (i checked them). Dont waste your time or money.

i was looking for a primer that is water based plus acne safe. i agree with all the other reviews that the product comes out like string/very thin but i found that warming it with my fingers before applying works. the best thing about this primer is that it keeps my face matte ALL day! before this primer, i would blot my face several times a day.
