A: If you miss a night, take it the following night before bed (not in the morning or afternoon). Although we recommend Sat-Sun, any 2 days that work best for you are fine!

Worked great for me. Using this helped me get rid of inflammation and abdominal pain. It definitely works within a few hours, so definitely make sure you have access to restroom. I would not buy it again though and just use the ingredients mentioned to get those specific teas. Use it on my own terms and more cost effective.

I wake up with horrible stomach pain the morning after and frequent trips to the bathroom throughout the day. Make sure you don’t have plans. Other than that I guess it’s worth trying but it’s not anything special. Also it doesn’t taste bad.

I just had to leave a review for anyone thinking about trying this out! I’ve been struggling real bad with bloat so at this point was willing to try just about anything…. Was hesitant to purchase this but did & last night was my first day of doing the tea at night and today I can say it definitely works, I’ve been flushing out and not in a painful way neither. Feels real healthy. Still have 7 bags (2 days weekends) to go to see if it works the whole way through but def wanted to leave a beginning review. Will update on the last bag. I can’t believe there are no other reviews on this this stuff its amazing I use it instead of a laxative when I get backed up drink before bed wake up in the morning empty no diarrhea just a regular bowel movement. No taste. I squirt some Stevia in it
