[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product works extremely well. This is my second sonicare toothbrush. I love their products and have no plans of using another brand.

Not Great
This model feels like a kids toothbrush. Incredible small and less powerful than my previous model. I might actually end up changing the head and giving it to my 6 year old. I do not recommend for adults.

The toothbrush malfunctioned from the first day. The brush head would not fully lock in, to the point where I had to stop mid-brush to press it back into place. When the head does lock in, the toothbrush works well and cleans beautifully.

Quality has gone down MAJORLY
I am sorely disappointed with what I received. This was bought as a replacement for an older model that broke, but the motor is nowhere near as strong as it was in older models. My teeth do not get nearly as clean.

The verdict is still out on my new toothbrush…
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m still debating how much I like this new toothbrush. It’s thinner to hold than my previous Phillips. The actual brush is smaller, but that might be because I am used to the plaque – fighting brush which I believe is a bit bigger. However, there is no doubt in my mind that this new toothbrush is not as powerful as my previous Phillips.

Excellent good price
Chose as previous toothbrush broke down out of warranty. Selected on price and a step up from previous brush. Finding it a good buy and doesn't loose charge quickly. Happy

Better oral health
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My teeth are a lot cleaner and my gums are healthier. My dentist can see significant improvements in my oral health since switching to Sonic toothbrush. It is the best electric brush I have ever had. I know I am brushing the right amount of time because of the two minute timer. It vibrates when I apply too much pressure when brushing and lets me know when it is time to change brush heads.

Best price, and better than Oral B!
I used to have an Oral B and my dentist suggested I would have less tarter buildup with a Philps Sonicare. I researched and found the best price at Target. I've now used it for a couple of months and love it. It's cleaning my teeth much better!

Longevity is not the best
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had to buy a new one because the old one crapped out due to a common issue of the power switch failing after it wets and dries frequently (many other reviews indicating the same). New purchase doesn’t even come with a charger anymore, you have to request it separately. Planned obsolescence and Philips knows most purchases are replacements?

Poor quality
As other reviews have mentioned, this model doesn’t compare to previous versions of the toothbrush in terms of quality. I had my previous toothbrush for about 10 years before it died. I purchased this one and it has already died after a couple short years. The button wore off within the first few months.
