Q: How long do these really last? Seems to draw ants at first, but then I don’t see any ants around it after the first day?
A: Thanks for asking! Since each situation can vary depending on the number of ants and where the STEM Liquid Ant Bait is placed, it's tough to give an exact timeline. That said, the bait will keep working until the bait is fully used up. You’ll know it’s empty when the liquid is gone and the pad changes from blue to white. Q: How long does this continue to work? It seems like it works well to draw the ants the first 24 hours and then it hardly has any any activity or desired effect? The ants come right back.
A: Thanks for asking! When the ants locate the bait, the solution is taken by the worker ants into the colony where it’s fed to the other ants, larvae and the queen. These are slow working, so it can take up to 7-10 days for complete elimination. Once controlled, you can remove the baits and dispose according to disposal instructions. Have a good day! – Brooklyn, STEM Consumer Care

Q: Do you leave the green strip on? Only the silver strip is removed-correct? How long does this bait continue to work? Thank you
A: Hey there! To activate the STEM Liquid Ant Baits, remove the clear label that says to "remove label" in black print. These baits should remain out until the ants have been controlled. We're happy to help you fight bugs with accuracy! – Mindi, STEM Consumer Care
