Cooking Masterpiece
Absolutely love this oven, it does everything a big oven can do and more. It’s perfect for a single household or large family and can handle any type of menu item with all the cooking features. I don’t even use my big oven anymore only for storage. I am a single household and it’s perfect.

Beautiful and Functional
I'm very pleased with the baking and air frying modes. I haven't tried other modes yet. It's great for baking beautiful, fluffy biscuits. Pizza baked with a nice crisp crust. Air fry potatoes and chicken were very good. I'm still experimenting and learning, but so far I'm very satisfied with my oven both functional and love the look.

We love it.....But the door doesn't last!
This product itself is amazing. We love the look, the style, and the functionality. The biggest issue is this is our THIRD one in 2 years. Over time the door won't close all the way and it shuts off the oven. Our first one was replaced under warranty, then the second one did it and we bit the bullet and bought a new one. If they could figure out how to service the door, replace the door, or fix it, this is an amazing product.

NO INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE.
Instructions are absent. A few recipes but NO INSTRUCTIONS with suggested settings for different foods. No ability to do a short cook after the timed cook expires. You have to start a new cook session. When a cook program is finished, an Add XX minutes function would be good. The door design sucks. The black paint behind the handle prevents looking in without opening the door. It would be very easy to look in over the handle if the black paint was not there. The wire grates and basket need a lip at the rear so they don't tip when pulled out a bit to look. Every other oven I've ever used has that no tip lip at the back of the grates Don't try to tell me the phone app has any of these settings features. I don't use a phone in the kitchen.

We will pass your feedback about the door design, add minutes and racks over to our product team for review. Also, we understand not using your phone in the kitchen. However, when the oven is connected with our SmartHQ app you can add or reduce cooking time during a cycle. You can view more information on page 16 in the same manual above.

It works beautifully in all settings. The capacity is a small so not capable of handling regular size casserole dishes. Otherwise works beautifully

100% AWFUL
The worst purchase I ever made. Contrary to the advertising representations the shelves are flimsy. They do not line up with the tracks and have no safety design to prefect them from falling off when pulled. The weight of the food forces it forward snd down thereby falling from the tracks. Basket is tilted. Filthy inside from a single roast of 3 chicken thighs. The inside should be made of self cleaning dark metal like other companies use. Overall this oven disappoints on every level and every feature and I wish I could return it after the month in my kitchen.

We'd like to assist with your toaster oven. To clean the interior, remove all accessories from the oven. Wipe the walls of the oven cavity with a sponge or a soft cloth and warm water. Sound is low
I love the multiple features and the size is more than adequate for most of the cooking and baking for my husband and me. It is very easy to operate after reading and following the instructions on how to use the controls. I have not yet tried the pizza setting, but the other ones have worked perfectly! The only downside for me is the sound volume. Even at the highest setting, which is the factory default, it is very difficult to hear from 6 feet away. The no setting has no sound at all. Other than that, I’m very pleased.

Yellow and nasty
This item is not good. It works, but the glass door stays slightly open which in the span of a month has already yellowed and made the top front of my white air fryer look dirty and filthy. It’s highly unfortunate and it’s too expensive to be so flawed.

Great way to save $ using the countertop oven
This is our second Cafe Couture Oven. We thoroughly enjoyed the oven but after 14 months it died just two months past the one year warranty. Hopefully the replacement oven last longer. We used the oven several times a week mostly the air fry and bake modes. It matches our white Cafe refrigerator and microwave.

Nice oven, but…
We’ve had our mat white Cafe toaster/convection oven for just over a year. The location of the heating coils makes cleaning a little difficult. Functionally, the oven does a fine job—the pizza mode is excellent as is the toasting option. Our issue is appearance. The heat emanating from around the door has created browning spots. Mr. Clean Eraser nor mild Bon Ami have any affect on the spot removal. Along those same lines (heat escaping through the door)…the door does not firmly close. This prevents the oven from operating. I often have to PUSH the door closed so that the oven will function. I’d buy another one—but not one that is white.

Amazingly precise control for this type of device.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I also have the Cuisinart table top oven and I could write a positive review for that one as well, but this one surpasses that one with the level of computer controls that it provides for the cooking cycle. There is less chance of burning things and it does a very gentle toasting of cheese/ham sandwiches. The butter browns perfectly. I also cooked some steaks to medium rare and they came out perfectly. One word of advice is to be sure to put water in the tray underneath or smoke will escape and trigger your smoke alarms. I also have the Cafe induction stove with two ovens and they accompany each other very well.
