I like everything about this toothbrush!

Brand new - just out of box. Instructions are worthless; non-existent. How long to charge? When is it charged - when light is on or off? What do different pictures mean for modes? How long does a battery last? ZERO usage instruction info on OralB website - ZERO!

Would not recommend at all. Had mold all in the toothbrush after only 2 months of using it and it is not cleanable the mold ain’t even reachable and all I use is electric toothbrush’s I’ve never had this problem before

This toothbrush is a replacement after my long-lived Phillips Sonicare finally died. The io series is awesome..it is quiet, has multiple settings, and definitely does a better job at cleaning than others I have tried. The brush head replacements are more expensive, but I don't mind because it does a great job cleaning.

The battery life lasts a while and its never died on me since I keep it in the port when I am not using it. My family has even asked me about it and I have told them about it!! I love it! Been using Oral b's for awhile New to the IO model. I understand the red light indicates when brushing too hard, but I can't see it unless brushing the back of my top teeth. Other models had a slight vibration when brushing too hard. Also the battery just dies without warning. Other models would beep when done indicating the battery needs to be charged. A heads up to needing to be charged. The brush head does not last three months, probably because I am brushing too hard since I can't see the red light.

Arrived dead, battery would not charge even overnight. Would not charge even with another charger. Will be returning it. Seems to be made in Germany in 2023 - old stock.

No matter how often I changed the toothbrush head, I always smelt a musty smell when I brushed my teeth. After attempting to clean the brush handle, copious amount of mold/mildew inside the handle. Very poor design.

My husband bought me this for Christmas and I hate it. By the time you're done brushing your teeth the whole handle of the toothbrush is nothing but slime from the toothpaste and your hand is also covered in wet toothpaste. Would not recommend.

While the toothbrush itself works great, the design leads to massive mold growth. Despite following the recommended cleaning and maintenance of both the handle and replacement heads, mold grows.

5 stars for teeth-cleaning ability! I changed to Oral B at the recommendation of my periodontist as I have a history of gum recession. I've enjoyed the teeth-cleaning features of this brush. Unfortunately, I've had recurring issues with keeping this toothbrush clean. After just 2 months of regular use I began to detect a mildewy smell. The design, while sleek, tends to keep water inside - both the brush head and the handle head. I replace my brush head regularly but that does not solve the issue of the mold inside the handle head. I've now had the brush for 5 months and clean it every day according to Oral B instructional videos (disassemble and thoroughly rinse and dry both parts, allow to dry separately overnight); however, this still hasn't solved the problem. It's nearly impossible to dry all the crevices out completely after rinsing, and the brush head can't stand up on its own to dry overnight. I've soaked it in vinegar, denture cleaner, soap, etc., and still struggled to get rid of the smell. I don't really want to clean my teeth with something that molds easily - and I'm really bummed about it. I might switch to a different toothbrush model that doesn't have so many crevices.

I received this toothbrush yesterday and was a little disappointed. I believe the advertising is somewhat misleading, details below, and will return it soon. My two big issues are:1 - the toothbrush heads are different that the older versions and, from what I can find out, the old brushes are not interchangeable with the new model. I did not see that documented anywhere and 2 - Also, I think, the advertising implies there is a lighted timer display on the brush someplace. If there is, I cannot find it on the brush.

My dentist insisted I get an Oral B IO because I have crowded teeth and I would get a better clean. I ditched my sonicare for this toothbrush and I regret it deeply. I just got through picking an inch thick layer of black mold from the toothbrush connector. It is so poorly designed to have that issue. I’m mortified.

Arrived dead, tested the charger which worked, left brush on charger for 24 hours, brush would not turn on. returned it.

I’ve been wanting to upgrade my toothbrush for awhile and saw this one at a reasonable price and the special features I needed. It works great, I like how it has a sensitive light and different settings. It works better than a handheld brush and makes my teeth feel extra clean after brushing.

Disgusting!!! I clean this thing EVERYDAY and it still builds up mold cause you can’t poke it all the way up to clean the tiny crevices. Do not buy this.
