Light weight and easy to use
I’ve used this carpet cleaner many times in the first week alone. I had let urine spots I cleaned up without it and went back over. It got up so much more then my initial clean. It’s cleaned up after my pets messes fully leaving no stains behind. It’s light weight and easy to carry. You have to apply pressure but the suction is great.

sprays literally everywhere, huge mess
I decided to splurge and pay $50 more for a seemingly better product but man this thing is just terrible. it sprays literally everywhere. made a bigger mess than what I started with. it also barely sucks up the dirty water, making it mostly useless. I captured maybe 1/3 cup of dirty water from half a tank of use. and this was not user error. I will be returning it for something better.

I love this machine…having used similar models from bissell and other brands…I can say this is the one you want. It just feels like it’s built better and is and superior design. Love the switch to go from spray to suction.

I would not recommend this product. Technical service is nonexistent so if you need a replacement part, i.e. a new power cord due to accident damage, you cannot buy one. They will tell you to find a local repair shop. They have pretty much created a throwaway device, which is not very sustainable or environmentally conscious.

Amazing. Removed 100% of stain.
I did not think this would remove the entire stain. This thing cost a lot but completely removed the pet stain! I really wish I would have done a before and after. Our little boy did the nasty and it was runny. I never expected it to come up 100%, but IT DID! I keep checking to see if it is going to show through once dry, but NOPE! Nothing! I mean it was a nasty mess before, but once I used this machine, it is all gone. Not one hint that he had an accident! I did keep the area wet with a wash cloth until I could get to Target and purchase this. I did pull up as much as I could with water only then added the pet stain remover to the tank. Approximately 13 hours from the time of the potty accident until I cleaned it. Easy to use! Highly recommend!!!!!

Not perfect but does the trick
I bought it to clean my 15+ year old couches. I had an issue with the main cleaning attachment not quite snapping in/fitting properly and it was dripping a lot when I activated the sprayer. I got in touch with customer service online and after a bit of back and forth, they sent me a new attachment. The new one fits better but it still drips (maybe a tiny bit less) making the sprayer messy to use. I wish the main cleaning attachment was a few inches wider, it would cover a lot more surface area and speed up the cleaning process. The cord and the hose could also stand to be an inch or two longer. A lock for the sprayer trigger would be nice because it’s easy to activate the sprayer without wanting to while cleaning. Cleaning-wise it seems to do the trick—I end up with a gross, very dirty bucket of water. I’ve continued to use the same cleaner that was included as a sample. The rubber bristle attachment does a very good job at pulling up dog fur. Overall Im happy with it. It is a very long process cleaning entire couches but since I don’t intend to do that regularly, it works for me.

Major Improvements to Previous Version
The dirty water tank on the previous version was very difficult to clean after use. The hose was also short and very inflexible. Mine actually cracked. In order to clean the suction hose after each use, you had to hold the nozzle under running water. Just a real pain to clean after each use. The newest version is easy to clean, quiet to operate and the suction hose is longer with a much improved flexibility. The suction hose can now be cleaned after use without having to drag it over to a sink with the addition of a switch on the cleaning nozzle. R & D must have received many complaints and thankfully they were addressed.

I had the original model of the little green machine. I used black friday as an opportunity to upgrade to this model. While my old one still worked, the dirty water tank and nozzle did not come apart for cleaning which always grossed me out. I LOVE this model. The tank is so easy to take apart and get completely clean. The solution tank is so easy to fill. The sprayer head also comes apart so you can clean underneath the clear plastic part. The suction is noticeably stronger. I have two small children and a pet, this machine keeps my home clean. 10/10 would repurchase this again.

Very nice
I love this for cleaning our sofa. With 2 dogs that nervous pee on occasion this has helped tremendously! We did have the green one first and i returned that one because it was kinda of small, i had to refill the reservoir a lot; but also the shape of them were difficult to fill. This one was a lot better. I just don't feel the suction was as strong. Bigger machine should have better suction. Also the handle constantly drips while you're spraying cleaner so clean top to bottom or put a towel down.

This is a literal life saver. My dog has a tumor and we take him outside frequently but there have been so many accidents. I don’t know what I would do without this thing.
