Directions

Shake well before each use.

Adults and Children 2 Years of Age and Older

Rub a thin film over affected area not more than 3 to 4 times daily.

Children Under 2 Years of Age

Consult a physician. Wash hands after use with cool water.

Buy the green biofreeze instead

This clear biofreeze does not help at all, no pain relief. I have used the green biofreeze for years and it works great. I thought I’d try this clear one, very disappointed. Going back to the green biofreeze.

My Must Have Topical Pain Reliever for Sore Muscle

I use it regularly after intense workouts or doing yard work. Whether I have sore muscles, a stiff neck, or lower back pain, this topical gel works incredibly fast and effective to deliver soothing relief to my muscle soreness and aches. It’s colorless, the texture is smooth and absorbs well into my skin without leaving a greasy residue. What I really like is how it starts working instantly transitioning from that cool sensation to a light warming feeling that helps my muscles relax and feel less tight. The menthol scent is strong enough to be effective but not overpowering, which is a big plus for me. This gel is absolutely worth having on hand. Great quick relief for sore muscles

It does have a strong smell that sticks around for a while so take that into account before making plans. But it’s worth it!

I like the roll-on option so I don't get it on my hands to transfer to my eyes, face, pets, etc. The active ingredient is 5% menthol, so it smells minty. Your clothes and anywhere you go will smell minty. Your neighbors will ask if you're growing mint, even if you are not. Anyway, it is very effective at temporarily relieving minor aches and pains, including backache, arthritis, bruises, sprains, and strains.

You do get a slight menthol sensation when applied, but I do not feel like it penetrates any lower than surface level. I had high hopes, but was ultimately disappointed in its effectiveness.

Works fast, Smells Amazing Bit Overpowering

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using Biofreeze for YEARS as a healthcare clinician. This roll-on applicator is perfect for travel and on the go. I've taken it with on trips and to our kids' sporting events. For them and for us after sitting all day in hard bleachers or uncomfortable chairs. You just never know when it might come in handy. The only con, like any analgesic muscle pain relieving gel, is the smell, which can be a bit too much at times. But the Quick action outweighs the con.

Instant cooling relief for sore muscles with an ea

I’ve been using the Biofreeze Professional Roll-On for my neck and shoulder pain, and it works really well. The roll-on applicator makes it easy to use without getting gel all over your hands, and the cooling relief is almost immediate. It helps reduce soreness and relax tight muscles for a few hours. The only thing to keep in mind is that it has a strong menthol smell that lingers for a while, but it’s worth it for the relief it gives.

A Great product! A must try!

I have used many of these types of products in the past, but to be able to apply without getting your hands messy is a game changer. This product works very well and we buy it frequently and use it a lot. I keep one in my nightstand so if the aches hit, I can just grab, roll on, and put it back on the nightstand before going to bed. No need to get up to wash your hands. It's a must try in my opinion!
