    Just what I needed!

    I had very dirty carpet in the family room where everybody lands. One of my grandsons goes out and plays basketball in the backyard and comes back in without wiping his feet. It was filthy, but not anymore with my new carpet cleaner.!!

    Horrible machine

    Worst upright turbo clean I have ever had. Sprained thumb trying to pull on the blue tab to release waste reservoir. One tab is so hard to pull up I removed so it doesn’t have good suction. Horrible for that price. Boswell made a mistake with this model.

    get it!!

    get it! I've tried 6 different carpet cleaners and this is by far my favorite. it gets under the carpet & cleans far better then any I've tried. only negatives is it fills up quick so you have to empty sooner, and the water reservoir isnt as big as some, but this won't let you down!

    Alot of work

    I like the compact size and power. However the waste fill tank is small. The max line is low. I have to refill and dump at least four times on a small area rug.

    Bait and Switch on delivery date...

    Delivery date has been changed so many times that I could have driven to Arizona to pick it up and it still would not have arrived when I was first emailed of delivery date. They email Delivery date, then when it doesn't arrive on that date, they say nothing, but the next day another email, the product will arrive tomorrow, yet they wipe clean the previuous delivery notification out of their system. Talk about gaslighting!

    This works great on pet oder and clean up on carpet. I suction it all up and turn it different ways while using to suction dog pee up from the carpet. I them put the cleaner down and suction it up. When I'm done I use a squrit bottle with 3/4 vinegar and the rest water and spray it on the clean spot and leave it to dry. I think that it gets all the smell out.

    Really great product. Cleaned the carpets in my room beautifully. Wish the tank was a little bigger but the over all size of the cleaner is a space saver. Also wish it came with attachments for upholstery, stair cleaning, and hard to reach spots or quick spot treatments

    Bissell Carpet machine

    The Box was open & damage when I curved side pick up. I didn't like that. Hopefully it hadn't been used. Staff need to pay attention to things like that. Who wants to purchase an item that cost that much to get home & find out it was used or parts missing.

    Inexpensive and cheaper than renting

    Small and easy to maneuver- good for small area rugs but has to empty it several times even though I was working on a 5x8 area rug. Cleans well enough, but was expecting better results.

    Just okay.

    Okay so it cleans good. But even after cleaning the machine and emptying all the water, it leaks! So you better have a towel or something underneath when storing. It just ruined the baseboard and did not get acrylic paint out of my carpet.
