[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this product! The easy to use cooling roller is my favorite part. You can put it in the fridge but it's not even necessary. This product is not sticky at all. It goes on smooth and absorbs nicely. I dislike that puffy eyed I cried all night (but really didn't) feeling and this helps so much. I would recommend.

The applicator needs some work - even in the “off” position product can come out from either side. The cooling sensation after you put it the fridge or freezer feels amazing after you first wake up and start your skincare. The lightweight but moisturizing texture of the serum provides a good base to make you look and feel more awake.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cooling effect after refrigeration is amazing— however with it being in the drive it is easy to forget it is there. Also the roller can’t be cleaned which is a deal breaker for me. The consistency is runny. I do think it works, however with so many products such as these on the market you really have to stand out to get picked. I like that it has arnica, vitamin e and caffeine— all wonderful ingredients that help reduce puffiness and redness. I think it works— I just think there are better products out there. The packaging is minimalistic— I love brown.

The roller is cool and smooth for application, and putting it in the fridge intensifies that - amazing! The serum itself also helped to de puff my morning eyes, which are always a problem, but especially in spring with my allergies. I don’t always remember to reach for it so it hasn’t become a staple.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this product has a nice cooling effect especially if you put it in the fridge before applying. the applicator is nice but i’ve heard roll on applicators can be problematic if you have acne prone skin because they can spread bacteria. i think i noticed a slight depuff/less redness but it was not a major difference. it did leave my skin feeling fresh and clean tho. i’ve never heard of the brand so im not sure how well the products work. overall okay.

I think the packaging was more form over function as getting the product out and also twisting the cap was troublesome. I do think it does what it claims to do and storing it in the fridge just makes it that much better. Overall a good experience, but the packaging could use some tweaking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The applicator is a metal roll-on wheel similar to a cooling stainless steel facial roller if you have ever used one. The cooling wheel feels amazing on your face and is an enjoyable way to apply the serum to the under-eye region. I tried putting it on before bed sometimes and in the mornings others. If applied at night, I would still feel what hadn’t rubbed off during sleeping on my face in the morning, so it doesn’t absorb and dry well on its own. I feel like I did see marginal results, but it’s really hard to tell for me because my under-eye bags are accentuated by my amount of sleep which varies.

It helps with redness and puffiness post workout. It’s also nice to use in the morning for puffiness after laying on a pillow all night if you are a side sleeper. It is very refreshing when putting on, chilling in the fridge is a game changer with rosacea or post workout and helps cool the face and redness down.

My undereyes tend to get super puffy the morning after I eat a lot of salty food and when I don't get enough sleep (which is like every day), so this product is a godsend! The cooling metal roller of this serum is an absolute game changer! I love the cooling sensation when I roll it on my undereyes and it really helps to wake me up in the morning! This roll-on serum is soo much more effective at reducing under eye puffiness than the caffeine serum I had been using. I'd highly recommend!
