We never want to leave you feeling disappointed. Please know that there’s nothing in our toothbrush components that would cause mold before use. Mold requires organic material to grow, which isn’t present in our brushes. While it’s rare, mold can develop after use if the brush is stored in a damp area or comes into contact with certain cleaning agents or soaps that can make the plastic porous. Battery life can decrease if it isn't fully charged or if it's not used until nearly empty before recharging. Make sure to charge it for the full recommended time, about 16 hours for NiMH batteries like those in the kids' models. If you leave it on the charger, don't worry—overcharging isn’t possible! HORRIBLE, ever since i bought this horrible brush it has never worked!! I will charge it overnight and it turns on for 10 sec then the battery dies and it doesn't turn back on till i charge it for hours again. Ive never been able to use the electric brush. NEVVERR

This says it’s a timer but not in the sense you would think. This pulsates every 30 seconds but keeps going after the 2 minute mark. Not sure what the point is but good job on marketing. Got me there!

Would give negative stars if I could. The brush head design is ridiculous- it develops mold so quickly. And this is supposed to be a brush for kids. If you use it, keep an eye on the two brush head openings. But not worth the risk in my opinion.
