Major upgrade from multivitamin daily value of magnesium
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these magnesium citrate supplements because I wanted to boost my intake alongside my daily multivitamin. Formula-wise, it’s great, 95% of the daily value and better absorption magnesium oxide which is a big upgrade from the 29% in my multivitamin. However, the pills are pretty big, and you have to take two of them to get the 95%. I really only do pills at night before bed so I ended up only taking one most of the time. I think the quality is good and will try Nature Made magnesium oxide softgels instead. It’s only 60% of daily value but it’s from one pill, which is better than the half does I’m doing now, and when combined with my multivitamin, it will be 99%, close enough.

Large pills
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pills are solid in form and texture. I take vitamins after eating for better absorption. I can’t say I felt any different or noticeable side effects after taking these. What I will say is they are very big. For someone who has trouble taking average size pills these are not for you. They are very large and bottle recommended take two.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been pretty helpful a few a bit better taking it so I’m sure it does work. You can’t go wrong with nature maid. They’re really good strong reliable brand I use other vitamin tablets as well so they’re a company that’s reliable and I have felt like my high absorption strength is better. It taste like any other normal pill and I’ve just been taking it reading, just reading instruction and taking doses.

Restful sleep
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These supplements have been a game changer for my sleep. I usually struggle with waking up at night and being unable to fall asleep. With this supplement I was able to get a more restful night of sleep. This dose is perfect so that it doesn’t cause abdominal issues. I do wish the pills were smaller but thankfully they’re not hard to swallow and don’t have a strong smell or aftertaste.

The only thing to note is that the pills are fairly large, and you do have to take two, which might not be ideal for everyone. Large pill size with minor effectiveness

I did experience some slight gastrointestinal issues when I first started but it went away within a few days. It may have helped a bit with my sleep but I have taken other forms of magnesium in the past and those seemed to help better than this. The pill size is a bit larger than I would prefer but it’s not terrible.

I would say I don’t normally have trouble taking pills, but these always seem to get stuck in my throat. My doctor did encourage me to take magnesium, so I think it’s a great addition to my supplements. Just wish they were a bit easier to swallow.

Have someone ready to do the Heimlich when you tak
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was recently asked to try Nature Made Magnesium Citrate and received the product free for the purpose of my review. Unfortunately, I was only able to take the dose for two days. The pill is so extremely large that even when I broke it in half, I choked so badly that I didn't feel it safe enough to continue trying to take it. I actually panicked and it took a while to dislodge the half I choked on. Nature Made is a brand I trust, and Magnesium is great for you. If you have any issues swallowing larger pills, for safety reasons, I do not recommend this particular Magnesium product. I personally have thyroid goiter and an autoimmune disease that causes inflammation in my throat.
