Mag07 helps prevent common GLP1 constipation side effect

Mag07 has been a game changer for me since starting GLP-1 medication. When I first started taking these injections, my main side effect was constipation. I found that once this condition started, it was really hard to treat it with supplements and medication. I stopped for a while and restarted with the one difference being that I take 1 mag07 capsule every night before bed and doing this prophylactically has helped me stay regular and have minimal constipation issues. If I notice on a particular day that I don’t poop, I will take one more capsule in the morning or evening and that is enough to get me back on track. The key is to get ahead of it and stay consistent! This has been a way better and easier approach than using laxatives, fiber gummies, etc which seem to be less effective.

I've found magO7 to be a very gentle and effective cleanse.. I noticed reduced bloating, it doesn't cause cramping, and there is no running to the bathroom. It has helped me with constipation/being backed up on numerous occasions. No discomfort at all like some other laxatives I've taken. I've tried some other of nbpure's products and I highly reccomend all of them!
